A mixed review. The movers themselves were very helpful and efficient, got the move done quickly. The issue, however, is with the front office/dispatchers, whatever you want to call it. The day before the move, we called and confirmed that the movers were scheduled to show up between 9-10 am. The day of the move, 10:30 rolls around and the movers are no where to be seen, no update or anything. My friend called and turns out they sent the movers to help another person move and that they would be wrapping up soon. Called again at 12, said they were cashing out the other client and would be showing up soon. 2 pm called AGAIN and they were “finishing up and heading over.” Movers finally showed up at 3:30. The movers were quite and polite for the most part but were standoffish and rude at times. They also dropped our tv stand and broke it. We spoke with the owner when we were checking out and he couldn’t care less. Offered a 10% discount to shut us up. Pushed a little and got $100 off but still feel cheated and so upset about the whole situations. Overall, 2 stars and would not use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

I had to move last minute out of my condo. The green truck was great at providing me a last minute moving appointment. They made sure that I was equipped with everything I needed to move successfully. I had changes on my end and they made sure that I had everything I needed in a timely manner. The movers were great at explaining what I should know involving my moving experience. I had another issue on my end and management was very generous in making sure everything was handled appropriately. The movers were great, the management was great and the owners run a business with great integrity. I will definitely use The Green Truck Moving Company again.
