"The Greene Turtle started in Ocean City as a place where beer was king and the "menu" consisted of a barrel of peanuts. Over time, we've grown an obsession with making good food and a belief that staying true to ourselves is what matters most. We make hearty food using fresh ingredients and highlight the blue crab dishes that are authentic to the Mid-Atlantic. Gather around and try food that's so good that you'll have to share."

This is my local Green Turtle and it doesn’t disappoint when it comes to getting local bar good while watching sports. I’ve been here several times and this establishment also allowed us to host a fundraising event with them, but my latest visit was to watch the Davis vs. Garcia boxing match. The have a crazy amount of tv’s and a nice sized projector screen so seeing the fight from many angles and directions wasn’t an issue. Drinks are not super strong but get the job done. Always a nice crowd.
This is my very first visit and it was awesome. The food. The service. The drinks. The vibe… all great oh and the tv at the tables is a great ideaFood: 5/5
Really nice Sports bar! Definitely a lot of room with TV’s. Huge bar top and the booths each have there own tv in them. Not a huge meal selection but what they have I tried a few and they were awesome! Duo Crabcake, Chesapeake crab dip burger, and the chicken tenders tacos! Awesome. Huge outside patio as well with TV’s with a smoking section as well!
I wish I could have given more stars. The food and drinks were fine however the service and cleanliness are a different story. Lexi, the bartender, was inattentive and low energy. Hospitality training would benefit this establishment. The bathrooms were filthy. I was concerned that I would slip and fall on the way there because the floors were so slick. The trash was overflowing, the stalls did not have toilet paper holders. The roll of toilet paper was sitting on an open sanitary bin. I would not return unless significant changes are made in cleanliness, staff and management.
Our waitress was amazing! She was very attentive and helped make our experience that much better. The food was very good too. Can't wait to come back.
Our waitress Kendra was absolutely Awesome !!! Good food and atmosphere....Separate occasion....Danielle is a hard-working multi-tasking waitress/bartender. Always cool to come here.Food: 5/5
Staff was friendly and good came out quickly. No complaints, just a nice casual chain restaurant so don't expect anything too mind blowing. Plenty of parking and a nice outdoor dining area. They also have golden tee which is always fun to play after a few drinks.
There wasn't a lot of people inside at first got there at 5pm, but it quickly filled up right after we were seated. Btw: Happy hour is 3-6pm & 10pm-close. The TVs make it hard to hear each other when talking inside so I think it will be better to do patio/outdoor seating next time unless there's a game on. The food was pretty good. The Buffalo chicken nachos were a great shareable size and the drinks were delicious. Unfortunately my 10-piece Korean BBQ wings tasted like teriyaki with sprinkled sesame seeds and the monkey bread was not what I expected 4 pieces of overcooked dough and a scoop of gritty, freezerburned ice cream. I wouldn't mind coming back, but i would choose an earlier time and eat outside...and maybe skip dessert too
I've been to this location a few times and the past couple years. The food is very good and the ambiance is nice. The times that I have been there are outside of the busy times like early in the day. I have found it surprisingly empty during the day. Portions of food were very good and the service was fast and friendly. I think their menu reflects a great selection of foods of varying types. They have the kids menu too which is very nice. Selection of drinks is good. There's plenty of parking available even during the busy times of the day. Location is nice right off of Owings Mills boulevard near the Owings Mills Mall area. Plenty of shopping nearby. I will definitely be back here to enjoy another meal.
When we walked in we were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress came right over to assist us. Our drinks and appetizer came out fairly fast. She kept coming back to check on us while we were eating. When our food came out the fries were cold nobody wanted them. My salad was good but way too much bacon a bit salty for me so I picked through it. There was a small amount of BBQ sauce on the burger and the bread for the hot dogs was too hard so my daughter ended up only eating the hot dogs. When we tried to put ketchup on the food there was a tiny bit at our table so I tried three more tables close by but there was none in those either. When it was time to pay the check it took forever to get and forever for our payment to be picked up. I was uncomfortable while sitting because it was cold in there.
