Just a quiet place-definitely needs some upgrading but seems like an ok place for a one night stay if needed.Rooms: 3/5

Service was ok. The lady is very nice but the rooms need updating and plumbing. Carpets worn out badly and I cleaned and sprayed bug off to feel better about staying. I even weed whacked the building and parking lot for owners.Rooms: 1/5

We usually stay in Avon but this year decided to try the Greenway motel. Our room was spacious, bright and clean. Large bathroom and a large closet. Basic room at a reasonable price. Quiet and peaceful motel. Close to Letchworth State Park as well.Rooms: 4/5

Owner does a good job of maintaining rooms. For the price and proximity to surrounding attractions, it's actually a good value. When I arrived the bathrooms were clean. The building is rather old however despite this, the rooms are relatively free. This is a rural area. If you can't afford a bed and breakfast or your cheap, there should be no complaints. If you ever have a problem, the owner does his best to take care of it promply.

Reasonable price But, one thing We didn't like is the kind of perfume/air spray they used. It smells like someone had smoked inside the room So, please change it for better natural or plain & simple is better not everyone like your scent choice We stayed overnight on our road trip..Rooms: 3/5

Very nice couple. Rooms are clean and the staff is always available. Always which is nice. The owner Patel is a nice man and has been more than willing to accommodate me and my needs while I've been staying here. Yes it's a motel, but it is clean, quite, and frankly, this is better then most hotels I've stayed in. Manaste

First let me say for the price it's fine. I saw 2 rooms the one looks like it had newer paint & newer bathroom fixtures along with a newer AC the other people with us stayed in that room The room we stayed in was a little more dated. The beds are clean & comfortable & we got a good night's sleep. It was quiet. The rooms have a small fridge & a microwave. They have a flat screen TV & a phone in the rooms as well. The only real issue we had was that the room we stayed in our toilet was loose & moved around when you sat on it. Also the bathroom door was more like a closet door but it was a door so it was ok with us. If I need to I would stay there again but ask for room 15.
