The food is great. While the food prep time is not short the service is sarcastic and refreshing. The prices are also cheap, $6.50 for a sub. Yet, it doesn't come off as that ironic hipster atmosphere but just awesome. Also, the son makes the ranch dressing.
I can't believe the service I just experienced over the phone at Grillin' Greek. I work at Leonard Morse Hospital and my coworkers and I wanted to order out for lunch. Every other time the service and the food was fantastic. The man picked up the phone after letting it ring for 10 minutes-not joking and I told him it was delivery. He asked where and I said Leonard Morse Hospital. The man then goes "Oh...uh...I don't have time to deliver there today." I asked him "You really don't have time to deliver right up the street?" and he goes "Uh...no.." I then informed him we would be ordering elsewhere and he said "Ok, bye." I am so appalled by this service. It was 11am and he refused to deliver right up the road literally less than 2 minutes. My coworkers and I will never be ordering from them again, they lost out on good business and good money!
An enthusiastic father and son run this place. I've tried 4-5 menu items, all excellent. Do what I do: go in and ask "what's best today?" They'll hook you up.
