Our dog loves this place! We were thrilled to find a great place to let our dog play when we visit the lake. And the staff is awesome!! We had trouble with our automatic locks on our car and had to call a locksmith, so we couldn't get there before they closed. They were nice enough to bring our dog to us.
They transformed our long haired pup, from all matted up to sleek and comfortable for him. I am beyond happy. The process was quicker than I expected less than two hours and I was honestly shocked they didn’t charge more. I would highly recommend them to all family & friends.
They have several groomers so when making the appointment we didn't have to wait weeks for an opening. Clean welcoming facility. Super friendly staff and most importantly they did a fabulous job on our hard to groom Double Doodle!
One of the NICEST GROOMING PLACES I have ever been to. We have an appointment for our Pomeranian soon. I will post how that grooming goes.
My dog hates for us to cut her nails, but our Affenpincher, Pocket loves the staff at The Groom Room. Very clean, professional staff, reasonably priced, and lots of pet goodies to shop for your fur baby.
Been here once - took 2 shihtzu's - they do something called kennel dry. So basically it was $80 bucks for a bath. And they didn't trim their nails. Not really impressed & I had heard such great things about them. I dunno if that's normal but usually they're all fluffy and brushed - not this time. I feel like it was a waste of $ & time. I can do the bath at home. I didn't want to post this, but other people should make sure they ask about this. They have great reviews, so obviously they're doing something right - just not with my babies.
Excellent job on our boy, Duke. Very reasonable price for the amount of work done. Excellent service, will be back. Highly recommend.
Absolutely sweet people. Always great with a smile and take my cat in even though she wants to complain about getting her nails clipped. Highly recommend them!
Very friendly staff and clean facility. Easy drop off for “walk in” baths— we called the day before and were told to drop off between 7:30 and 9:00am then pick up in the afternoon. Reasonable prices. We have a Labrador, and wanted to clean up after swimming in the lake for a few days.
In the beginning, I thought the groomer did a pretty good job; but then as it began the summer busy season, not so much. Last time she forgot to cut the nails. Reception folks are super kind ‼
