I took my pug here and had a great experience! Got the furminator grooming with bath and was very impressed! He came back happy and smelling nice! The staff was friendly and they got the job done very quickly. I will definitely be taking him back!

We had such a great experience there. We were new clients that walked in to make an appointment and was asked if we could come back later that morning My baby needed a good grooming. I would give them 5 stars across the board hands down. I would say the only negative thing that happened was after she had a fresh cut and bath. We walked outside to walk her to see if she needed to go to the bathroom before we left. Someone else had evidently done the same thing. Except they didn't pick up there dogs mess and my little one stepped right in it. Right after she was cleaned and everything. It was a hot mess getting that stuff from in between her nails before we put her back in our vehicle.  Which I know it's not the owners fault. It was obviously a client ‍

This place is a pretty good boarding service as far as I can tell. My only complaint is that ever time I bring my dog here, I show up and wait about 10 minutes for someone to even come out and take my dog, then I am handed paperwork to fill out the same information that I give every time, and then wait another 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come back out and take the paperwork. I would just expect a drop off room, or maybe a streamlined check in process that doesn't take up 25 minutes every time just to drop off a dog.

I think my dog's really loved being there. The staff was very helpful when dropping off and picking up. Great place to leave your pet while you are out of town.  I will be bringing them back again in April

Cannot say enough good things about this facility or the staff. My dog is a very large and energetic Belgian and can be hard headed at times. The staff here always puts my mind at ease and takes exceptional care of him.

Being new to the area, we needed to find a place to board our fur baby. The Grooming Room was highly recommended to us by a customer. We were completely satisfied. Baby was happy and that’s what matters.

Best place to get nails trimmed. Rarely ever takes more than 15 minutes for 2 dogs and great pricing to match

I had a last minute work trip and was nervous about boarding my two Doberman. The staff here made me feel extremely comfortable as well as made sure I had updates and pictures daily. I couldn't be happier to see that my fur babies were happy, spoiled and well taken care of!! Specifically Donna, she was great! She took her time showing me around and answering all my questions.

I've been here multiple times..and for the most part I've had no issues...BUT there are definitely cons: the staff is young- and with that can sometimes come a level of immaturity and lack of professionalism.  Not answering the phone, dropping calls, not being completely transparent OR on the same page in relation to the pricing of their package daycare purchases basically get different pricing from different employees ..are some of the things I have experienced. Overall NOT a horrible place to go!

Took our 7 month old maltese/pekingese/shih zhu for the first time. Kendall did an awesome job on our baby! She even messaged me during to let me know how she was doing. Great staff. Reasonable prices! Will go back for sure!!
