I just moved in during August of 2023, so far I really enjoy it. The price is very reasonable and I love that I have my own bathroom and walk in closet and I love that it’s located so close to the university. The only thing I will say is I’m right by the dog park and unfortunately some people don’t pick up after their pets, so it occasionally smells like dog poo around my apartment. Other than that I’m really enjoying it and I love that there’s a no party policy.
I am staying at The Verge Las Cruces, and it's been a great experience so far. The apartments are spacious and come fully furnished. What I appreciated the most was the sense of privacy I felt while living here. Additionally, the maintenance team is quick and efficient. Considering the amenities and the price, it's a solid choice. I'd happily recommend this place to others.
I’ve lived at The Verge for over 2 years now and I can say it’s a very affordable place to live. The people in the front office are always so helpful and kind and the maintenance team handles any problems you may have in a timely manner. I would recommend living here if you don’t want to break the bank with rent.
I love my time at the verge. The staff is friendly and always willing to help out. Maintenance is very quick and very nice. They always explain to me what they’re are doing. Overall a great experience here at the verge.
As a first time resident at the Verge, Ive really enjoyed it so far! I have no complaints and appreciate all they do for their residents! I feel very comfortable here and I’m glad to call it my home away from home!
Dylan was an amazing worker in the maintenance department. He always comes right away whenever we need anything fixed. He has amazing customer service and people skills. He is always extremely helpful and his services are always excellent.
I moved in about a month ago to the Verge, and I truly like it so far! A few things to improve with maintenance, but the front desk staff and managers are so nice and helpful : great activities done many times monthly too.
Staff is super helpful. Things do need fixing from time to time like everywhere else, but management has always made sure to stay on top of maintenance requests. The maintenance workers are knowledgeable and get the job knocked out in a fair amount of time & they make sure they do it right. Once you get to know them, they’re also pretty cool dudes.
I have been at The Verge for the past year and I like it so much I renewed my lease. I love having my own washer and dryer, especially as a student who’s used to living in the dorms it makes chores easier. The staff are amazing and are always helpful. They are always doing events and getting the community to participate in activities together,
Really comfortable and good place to live during college because the school is a few miles away. Also, most of the staff is really helpful and nice. Special thanks to the manager who makes everything easier for the residents! The amenities are good and they offer a lot of activities, free food, and giveaways.
