The Gun Mechanic is a Gunsmithing business. I repair, restore, refinish, and build custom weapons.I have a full machine shop, Lathe, Milling Machine,Mig/Tig welders, etc. I do hot bluing, parkerizing, duracoat spray finishes. We can also laser engrave grips and certain gun parts in our storefront Griffin Trophy and Embroidery. I am not a retail gun store or a parts store. I strive to bring malfunctioning weapons or old used weapons to new or better than new condition. My shop is at my house in rural north lamar county. I am able to and always test fire all guns that I repair or modify.I work in my shop everyday of the week, except sun. if at all possible, but I take in and check out guns by appointment only. Every single gun manufactured is just like people, they are one of a kind and will be treated that way.
