Dr. Melhorn is fantastic, he took very good care of my 2 year old who had trigger thumbs! Highly recommend him, such a nice doctor and great with kids! My daughter’s thumbs are doing great and she can do all the things now!
As a medical professional myself, attention to detail and efficiency is everything. Dr. Melhorn and his staff have time and time again impressed me by every aspect of their practice. From customer service to comfort of treatment, they have it all. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
Had carpal tunnel surgery. Very professional and extremely good at what he does. The only problem was the phone call the next morning to check on me. It came across as private so it was blocked by my phone. So sorry to have missed it. My phone automatically blocks all calls listed as private. He did try and call me again today.
Dr. Melhorn was great every time I came in. Very informative and kind, made sure I understood everything correctly and most of the staff was excellent. Didn’t take long in the waiting room either and the front desk staff was very friendly. David and Cindy were especially caring. David even made a point after seeing me enter the facility to find me and ask how my recovery was going since we had had a pleasant conversation the previous time I was in. Forgot what her name was but there was one woman who twisted my broken wrist on accident because she did not know what my injury was and was not empathetic when she apologized about the situation. Other than her I would strongly recommend Dr. Melhorn to friends and family members.
My experience with Dr Melhorn today 5/1/23 was such a delight. Dr Melhorn and staff were very nice and pleasant. Dr Melhorn explained everything in such a way that it was understandable, and he has such an awesome sense of humor !
Dr. Mark Melhorn was personable and professional and explained my husband's treatment plan from least invasive to most invasive in the event that the least invasive plan not work for bilateral Dupuytren's Contracture. Front office staff and back-office staff were professional, yet personable as well.
My initial visit with Dr. Melhorn was impressive. Dr. Melhorn assessed my hand problem, confirmed his diagnosis with x-rays, gave me a 3-stage treatment plan, set up a follow up appointment and had me on my way in 45 minutes.
Over the years Dr. Melhorn has done several surgeries for me for a variety of things! He is amazing and the only one I call and tell others to call for anything that has to do with hands and arms!
I’m completely satisfied with my contact with Dr Melhorn. His staff members are friendly and well trained - all of them.
Best possible hand surgeon. Treated my son years ago after his accident. Then me after a accident involving a horse.
