When needing assistance and asking for help, the owner was extremely rude. He acted as though he was put out to have to help and then spoke to us very rudely and as if we were stupid. Because I needed assistance in making purchase and wanted to be sure I was purchasing the right thing, doesn’t make one stupid. They had what we needed, but because of the owners rudeness, we put the item back, left, and went straight to Tractor Supply who was extremely helpful and friendly. I prefer to shop at privately owned businesses, and for that reason have shopped here before, but have never had to ask for help. Unfortunately in this instance I did need help but after dealing with the owner and seeing how impolite he is, I will never give this place my dollar again. He could use a class in customer service.
They were friendly and directed me to where to find what I needed the other day. I went back there only because it was the only place I could think of nearby to buy 2 wall anchors. However, during the bad times of covid, they were seriously price-gouging. They were charging more than $15 for a spray can of Lysol. I really didn't have a choice, but to pay it at the time. There were enough people taking advantage of others at that time. It's really sad that businesses were, too! Since I was there the other day, I decided to have 2 keys made, also. I paid $2.50 per key at a locksmith. I thought a locksmith would be more expensive than anywhere else, but I was wrong!! It was $3.69 per key here. It was worth it for me to go there for two 17 cent anchors, but I can't recommend this store for anything else.
Didn't have exactly what I was looking for which was a pretty standard item; otherwise I'd given them 5 stars - very friendly and helpful.
Great service small mom n pop hardware store they have a lot
Very rude staff, and everything I mean everything is over priced. You're better off taking your business to Lowes, they seem like they don't care about anyone that walks through their door.
Usually has what I need. Prefer shopping here as opposed to larger chain stores.
Canning stuff in stock! The man and the woman there were super nice and helped me find what I was lo ok king for. They had the 1/2 gallon Ball jars for less than half the price of amazon. I'll be back, thank you!
This is were I get my cube salt for my water softener. They even loaded it in my car for me.
Old time hardware store with great location, super inventory, and wonderful personal service.
Gotta give the small businesses some love. They have a huge range of things, you'd be surprised at what is inside. Good prices on pellets, salt and other winter needs!
