I was here the other day. This is owned by the famous Wilson family and managed by it as well. It's been around since the 1920s and it stands as a mecca complex in the very wealthy village of Scarsdale. Architecturally speaking, it is absolutely beautiful and we can recognize it from all angles and areas of Scarsdale. On the main floor there is a lot of commercial stores. By the way there are many stores that are empty and that's not promising a for the landlord because the rents must be way too high. Upstairs you will find many doctors, lawyers, accountants, counselors, and the Scarsdale Inquirer newspaper on the top floor. They do not have central air conditioning in the summer time, so the building tends to get hot. It is extremely well maintained and it is always impeccably clean and a pleasure to walk through. When you're in town give it a shot. It's part of history. You will also find the property manager and rental office in this building as well.
Always a joy to visit this iconic Scarsdale building
