What is going on with the scheduling department??? I called several times, was waiting for 35 minutes. Then, someone picked up , told me” we can not hear you” and hung up right away. Impossible to schedule appointments. It call’s negligence. This problem must be solved!
I recently visited Doylestown Health and Wellness Center for an ultrasound and blood work. The staff, particularly the nurse who assisted me, were very friendly and professional. The ultrasound and blood draw were done efficiently and without any discomfort. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a positive experience at Doylestown Health and Wellness Center and would recommend them to others in need of similar services.
Waited 45 mins for my appointment and then they said I "missed my appointment and could not help me" even though I was sitting there waiting for my name to be called. Came from Philly and the whole thing took 5 hours of my day and a missed day a school...waste of time and rude staff. If I could give it zero stars I would. Went to St Lukes and everything so was easy, quick, and the staff was actually helpful!!! I never ever write reviews but this whole afternoon was so horrible I needed to worn others
Horrible customer service. Was trying to get someone with a pulse to help me get the results from a procedure that will help me determine if I can carry a pregnancy... so already Im on edge. I get tranferred from one phone number to the next and everyone saying i dont see anything. Final straw came with then last person i talked to wish i got their name but i didnt started getting so nasty with me and yelling at me over the phone that she doesnt have the results so call someone else. I was literally in tears asking her to just help direct me to the right number and the number she gave me was the same number I had called. When I told her that she started yelling -- and i mean yelling at me that she doesnt have the results. I had to hang up because I was so upset. Dont understand why people cant do their jobs or at least have some empathy if they cant help
My family has been a member of the gym for over a decade there pools are great. The locker rooms are nice and the staff is very helpful. Also we went to the travel and passport help. The woman was very helpful in terms of what vaccines we needed and what medications we needed to take on trip.
The staff here is so helpful and friendly. When I got to my appointment I had forgotten my mammogram order slip. I was there in the evening so I checked in at the main desk and the young lady who worked there went above and beyond to help me. Thanks to her I didn’t need to reschedule and I was very appreciative.
This is the best place ever for any athlete and/or swimmer! I first found The Health & Wellness Center about a month pre spinal surgery and did my pt here. This incorporated using the 80 degree PT pool which was a miracle worker for me at that time. I worked with excellent staff who were motivating me to gain muscle tone prior to surgery. The staff was professional, friendly and upbeat. They always came up with a solution to any challenges or changes made to my workout limitations. Long after I had a few spinal surgeries, I returned as a member to be swimming the Olympic pool competitively and made some great friends while there. I also continued every exercise I was taught in the PT pool followed by the awesome hot tub! Overall, the front desk staff is exceptional & friendly and I return this month as I’m a traveling musician settling at home for a while. I can’t wait to go back!!!!! To the Mammogram staff at the Health & Wellness Center: Thank you for squishing all of my flab and fat under my arms into the mammogram machine to make sure you were getting the lymph nodes. You found one, which turned out to be benign, thank God. I'm so thankful that you are so patient and skilled in this study! You are the best!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Conveniently located. Great atmosphere, clean! Beautiful decor. Comfortable for all. Handicap accessible as well! Free parking. It's a must try! Enjoy!
This is a great facility, but I'm only giving it 3 stars because they stopped having their fantastic classes here - Balancing your Chakras, Hand/Foot Reflexology...etc. It has been several years and I've been waiting for them to offer them again but I guess they were too 'new agey' or something.
