5s for the Dental Office!!! My daughter has loved going since her very first apt. Always impressive, very nice and extremely informative with the kid on what they are doing. She always is excited to go to the Dentist and it's because of their excellent care. Or as the kido states "They listen and let you talk not just say, ya like they don't even care"
To enter it's Mandatory to wear mask and have temp checked inside front entrance. Building is clean and welcoming great friendly staff downstairs in dental. They make you feel comfortable
While this was once a great practice for a few visits, they have declined significantly. Little or no concern for federal hippa or Ada law upon check-in, equipment that photos you and takes info without your consent should be disclosed at first door, policies over patient care, and just doesn't care. Practice manager is scared of her own shadow, and it shows despite all of the docs treating viruses now that they are not abreast of most recent studies, medical journals, and data. We ran out of there and found a significantly better clinic that cares, follows federal laws, doesn't discriminate against it's patients, and put patient care as their highest priority. Would not recommend this clinic at all.
Going to this doctor's office was a terrifying and demoralizing experience. I was laughed at and people looked at me like I was disgusting when I described medical things. Sorry, medical things are sometimes gross. They frequently did nothing about it but make faces at me and take my money. I was a patient of Dr. Crose around 1997 and for a few years before I couldn't take it any more. I wouldn't have bothered except I just ran across another thing that she botched today and I now have to fix. Yeah, even decades later I'm still finding stuff that she could've fixed if she'd lifted a finger instead of look for amusement in my case. I feel traumatized even after all this time. Worst experience with a doctor in my life.
ADLER lost my business. Went through a medical leave of absence for oral surgery and after having complications post surgery he refused to extend my leave. Pretty sad the ER had to do it. Dont waste your time. No matter what time your appointment is you'll be waiting at least 45 minutes and nobody has the curiosity of rescheduling or giving you a heads up. Pretty funny considering if we were late we would not only be charged for the visit but they would also ask you to make a new appointment . They get 0 stars. Google is making me give them at least 1. I also have to go back to my regular dentist to fix what he did.
Used Dental services male dentist is friendly and thorough. Much better than the prior experience of being insulted for lack of insurance and money when female dentist found out my Insurance she became unkind, made remarks, and left feeling like all she wanted to do was pull them or pon me off.
Everything was fine with Dr. Ryan Barry until he called DCF on me for MISSING ONE BLOODWORK APPOINTMENT BECAUSE MY FIANCÉ AND I SHARE ONE VEHICLE. Horrible experience. If you’re looking for a pediatrician go to Stowe, Burlington, or South Burlington. It’ll be worth the drive. Trust me...
Can't leave zero stars or I would. Drs gaslight patients. Told me that my symptoms couldn't possibly be a side effect of my medication, but now there are FDA warnings about it! Had an appt to reassess and change my medication, which they cancelled a week before the appt clearly not an emergency cancellation, and wanted to reschedule for more than a month away, leaving me to deal with awful ongoing side effects. Even stopping the medication didn't help. Life altering side effects are PERMANENT.
If I could give negative stars I would. My son who already has super high anxiety is or was a patient there. A few months ago he had an appointment to have his tongue tied issue fixed. The morning of his appointment we received a call to confirm, my husband and I both took time off from work etc etc. When we arrived at the office they couldn’t find the appointment because they had cancelled it but didn’t bother to tell us. Reason for cancellation...their laser was broken. So we rescheduled the appointment for a time that my son would have a few days to recoup. Bring him to his appointment that was supposed to be a tongue fix and a crown. Instead of taking care of his tongue they only did a crown and “ran out of time” to do his tongue. Can we reschedule for 2 and 1/2 months from now??!! Nope! Not going to make him miss more school and deal with another round of anxiety just for them to screw it up! Ridiculous!!
My experience with Plainfield Health was so negative, and so traumatizing, that whenever I think about the place I seethe with anger. I truly wish I’d filed a formal complaint with the state medical board, alas all I can do is warn people to stay away from Dr Crose, who I see is still practicing here.
