I highly recommend THIOH for your massage therapy needs. I had my first cupping session with Ken today and he was fantastic! He tailored my massage to my specific needs shoulder & neck issues. I have already booked my next session with him. Will definitely be a regular here. Thank you!

I absolutely love THIOH. The best care and service I’ve ever seen! They truly care about your health and will do everything in their power to help you. From mixing acupuncture/massage therapy and infra red sauna, to tailoring treatment to your specific needs, they really do it all! I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my neck! 10/10

Never have I EVER experienced such an amazing massage! I went in seeking healing from a place that wishes only to help you and left beyond happy. Kathy, the "cupping expert," laid her hands on me and I enjoyed every minute of the hour! Her awesome Chakra skills restore my energy and leave me feeling balanced and centered. A true healer she is!!!

Long OVERDUE for the Hampstead area!!!  First Infrared Sauna  experience for both myself and my husband.  What an amazing way to better one's health!  We are hooked and purchased the couples membership.   We have also tried the Salt Den for the first time...relaxing as well.   And of course the massage with Jennifer.   I have had many massages over the years and have a person in Wilmington that I  use regularly who  is one of the best...BUT  a massage with Jennifer was equally as good.  Her technique of stretching is a first for me and really relieves the tension!   Jessica is ALWAYS welcoming with a smile and very accomodating.  Comfortable relaxing atmosphere.  Acupuncture is next on the list of services to try.  I highly recommend giving THIOH a try for any of these services!!

I came to them with severe sciatica and after the first accusage treatment, there was immediate and welcome relief. Their ability to work me in swiftly along with their genuine concern with my condition,  their dedication to finding the actual cause of the problem and their knowledge of how our bodies work is a phenomenal combination. I have continued seeing them for maintenance massage work and I continue to be impressed!

Jennifer and Team national very helpful. They are knowledgeable about their services and just make it a  Pleasant place to visit. Even after doctors appointments and being out all day even after dialysis I am still excited to go to my infrared sauna appointment. It relaxes me and helps me feel better especially after my dialysis helps me feel like a new person

I had my first infrared sauna experience here,  and I'll definitely be back.  Staff was so friendly, everything was very clean, and the infrared sauna was so relaxing and rejuvenating.  I noticed my muscles felt less tense after just that one session.  I plan to buy a monthly membership.

I highly recommend Jeff the acupuncturist! He was so empathetic, listened intently to my concerns, and performed a very thorough session addressing multiple areas.  After just one visit, the pain down my leg improved tremendously.  Thank you Jeff, you're amazing and will see you soon!

Great experience with the Acupuncture session! With a reoccurring lower back injury he was able to find the underlying issue and provide relief that felt rejuvenating! They were very kind and took the time necessary to get it done! Definitely will be going back there again

If your body hurts go see Jennifer. She really has wonderful hands and she listens to what your needs are. I have been in physical therapy for a few weeks and 1 day with Jennifer help tremendously. Do yourself a favor and take care of you. Thanks for everything they've done for my daughter and now me.
