The HealthCare Clinic of Fort Collins was founded in September 2011 in Fort Collins, Colorado by Lisa Myers, MSN, FNP-C who had a concept for a family clinic that also serves as an urgent care center that strives to provide a convenient, compassionate, cost effective service that keeps you and your family well. We provide complete family health care. We are happy to evaluate your status with a well exam and general physical or to treat most acute or chronic illness you may have. We are able to do lab tests, perform EKG’s, suturing, immunizations, sports/camp physicals, referrals and evaluations of your conditions.
