Everything is prepared on-site with wholesome organic, fresh and healthy ingredients. We use fresh quality ingredients, replacing much of the fat usually found in baked goods with fruit and vegetable purees, buttermilk, yogurt & egg whites, and whole wheat flour. Our baked goods are prepared without any additives, flavour enhancers or preservatives. Everything you taste is 100% real - and nearly every item on the menu is made from scratch.
