Hershey Insurance Agency has been very helpful in renewing our group health, life, short term disability, voluntary life benefits, and the renewal of our commercial insurance, which includes automobile coverage, and also processing certificates of insurance for our customers. Their responses are quick and accurate. The agents are pleasant to work with.
Called them over an entire week trying to get a quote for homeowners insurance. I provided them with my email several times, never got a quote, never got an email response and they stopped returning my calls.
John helped us with home and auto insurance. He saved us a lot of money and made everything very easy for us. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with him and the agency.

Very poor Communication skills. I hate that this review had to be contrary to the others, but this agency made a terrible mistake with my account billing and failed to communicate it properly. Now my family and I are stuck footing the bill for higher deductions. I had to call corporate in order to get some type of information on what was going on and then contact the DIFS. I received a nasty voicemail for someone at this office after I reported them. Would never recommend. I hope you all learn proper data entry skills before you decide to put your own acct information by mistake into someone else’s insurance acct. I thought we had been able to save money, I had better luck staying with AAA. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING.
