Very scary! One of the best Halloween attractions I've been too! I don't normally do haunted stuff but this was really fun. However if your sensitive to strobe lights is be cautious and try to close your eyes because it does happen a few times. And if you have trouble, just call out to one of the workers, they'll help you.Wait time10–30 minReservation recommendedYes
It’s crazy to think that I used to live in Tulsa for 15 years and never once tried Hex House. It used to be by Incredible Pizza but has now changed the location to west Tulsa. We purchased our tickets online to avoid waiting at the ticket office and arrived a little before 7pm. We got the whole VIP experience for $56 per person. The wait to get your temperature check was the longest line, other than that, it wasn’t too bad. We were able to get into the house within 10 minutes of arriving. I’ve seen some reviews stating that the scare actors seem unenthused later at night so my suggestion is to get in first at the start at 7pm so get everything fresh! I didn’t notice any signs of fatigue in the actors and they were VERY lively. Production: 5/5, it was amazing! I actually felt like I was in the themed houses! I also loved that you went through all the 3 hauntings at once instead of going to a different area. Scene change was awesome. Scares: 3/5, definitely was not scared at all but they had some good jump scares for other members of our group. “VR” experience: 1/5, we received a cardboard VR box to put our phones in to experience and that was probably the most disappointing part. Had it been a true virtual experience as a group, I would’ve enjoyed and not paid an extra $10-$20 for a cardboard VR box. Overall, it was a great experience. If you don’t like waiting in line, get an express pass. If you don’t like tired actors, go early when they open. I enjoyed it and wouldn’t mind going back next year, without the “VR” experience. Another pro is that they don’t have groups of 10-20 people going at once, we had 7 people and we got to go with just our group. I loved that.
This place is so AWESOME! My husband and i drive from Okc to Tulsa every year to go to the Hex House. They really out do themselves amd it is well worth the drive and money. I give them 5 stars!
Went tonight! I definitely thought it wasn’t scary at first when I went through the line but when my group and I got inside the actual attraction it was pretty intense! You will not be able to see anything sometimes and it’s pretty awesome how they’ve put a lot of different areas of attractions. Actors and Actresses were awesome and was screaming my head off! Definitely better than Nightmare based on intensity!!
My husband and I went last night and absolutely had a blast. It wasn't busy luckily so we got right in. I laughed, screamed, and had loads of fun. The pacing for us was great. We never caught up to the people in front of us but the people behind us caught up to us and we were able to separate from them again so no scares were ruined. The actors were so great and kept us on our toes
Hex house is on point this year as always. Lots of scares to be had. This year there was a food truck out in the parking lot. Excellent idea. Worth every dollar.
The price does not equate to the experience given. As you only walk thru one building you only feel as if you experience one attraction.
I usually don’t do these, but this was NOT a good experience. I bought a regular ticket for me and my boyfriend and proceeded to wait in line for over 2.5 hours before we decided to leave. The general admission line was moving extremely slow. After the long wait, I asked a worker how long the line would be. She pressured me to spend an extra $20/person for a fast pass so we wouldn’t have to wait. She then told me that if ANYONE is in the fast pass lane, they get top priority and general admission had to wait. There were probably 150 people waiting behind us, and they were still selling tickets. It was not well run. Me and my partner decided to leave because of childcare issues and were informed that there were no refunds. Waste of a night.
This Haunt was great. At the age of 52 and a haunted house enthusiast I have been to a lot of different haunted houses over the years. I spent the night before we went to the Hex house in Dallas Tx going through one of the well known haunts there and the Hex House was a far better experience. The Hex House was surprisingly fantastic and I actually got scared a few times which I’d hard for me to do in haunts. It was well put together and you see the hard work that was put into the rooms and scenes. There were lots of actors and lots good scares in this one . I highly recommend it !!
My husband and I had a blast. Best haunt I've personally ever been to! 10/10 do recommend!Unless you have really bad knees because you gotta crawl thru some stuff.
