I was very impressed with The Hockey Shop. I ordered a bike through them and am new to riding. When I arrived to pick it up, they took much more time than expected to explain each and every part of the bike to me and helped me with any questions or concerns that I had. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Best family owned store I have ever shopped at! We were passing through and stopped to look at e-bikes and are so glad we did. Owners were very knowledgeable and patient with us and helped us customize our bikes and even helped get a basket set up for our little dog. Can’t say enough good things, wish they were local to where we live.
I recently purchased a Giant Stance 2 and got it for a great price. The owner was great and very knowledgeable. I was unsure of which bike to purchase and he was very patient in helping me make the right decision. As a matter of fact I was there over 4 hours and had some great conversation. This is my new local bike shop for sure and will be going back soon for needed accessories. I highly recommend stopping by for all your biking needs.
Tony and team know their gear.. always got what we are looking for even in summer. Great skate sharpening as well . Takes the time to really fit new skates for you so be prepared. Great place.
Great customer service! They are always willing to chat and look for solutions, not to just sell you something. Great selection s to choose from.....wonderful experience. Highly recommend if you need a bike, rack or anything hockey related.
The first time I stopped in I looked like a homeless man. Tony treated me with respect and dignity. Today I bought 4 bikes, 2 hardtail and 2 full suspension. Tony was beyond patient with my 12 and 13 year old sons and myself. Took time to teach us how to set the bikes up and went above and beyond. I will definitely be buying more from them.

My friends went in with a pair of skates that were purchased online. When they asked to use the oven to have the skates baked they were rudely dismissed and ridiculed for not buying the skates from the hockey shop. Upon leaving one of my friends made a non aggressive, yet sarcastic and provoking comment under his breath. “Thanks for the help” The owner then got into his face and belittled him by pointing out the obvious missing teeth. He then proceeded to call him “soft as a babies bottom” then flipped them the peace sign and gently closed the doors. Two stars
