The Home Depot Distribution Center

The guy that runs the place is extremely rude and talks very belittling to the truckers. Someone needs to retrain him on how to treat people. Truckers are the ones that are bringing goods HE may want to consider being a little nicer. Poor management

It’s a fairly long wait time to get unloaded. Our appt was at 8pm and we arrived about an hour early. I read some other reviews before we arrived so I was concerned about us parking on the street but it turned out to be no problem at all. There was one guy that works there that had an attitude problem but everyone else was helpful and professional.

Appointment crazy. Employees do not communicate. Drivers left on street and told to wait there hours past appt time but no one ever came to get them and they would have stayed there longer if I hadn't gone in to see what the hold up was. Shipping manager had no idea they were there despite one of his forklift drivers telling them to wait there. Forklift drivers weren't doing anything and then were rude to drivers who were trying to work. Absolutely no respect for the drivers that keep them in business.

Get ready to spend a whole day here. I've delivered to this Home Depot distribution center a couple of times. Always a horrible experience. I wish I knew ahead of time when booking this loads, this is one place I'll be sure to avoid.

Arrived a few minutes early before appointment time, checked in and was treated very poorly! The sheet they give you states: do not arrive more than 30 minutes early, do not park in the street. So I pull in the lot and check in. Was told to go out and park in the street? When I questioned the rule sheet I was told I was being arrogant? It seems the office folks may be on drugs. If not, not sure what there problem is. If you can find the guy here named Darryl he is super nice and doesn’t have the mood swings the office has when you check in there.

This is one of the worst distribution centers I have ever delivered too. The management and the forklift operators are by far some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with, my first and last time coming here unless they willing to pay double for putting up with the BS

Was late for my appointment, but they still unloaded me. They were quick and very professional. Big shot out to Chris for doing a great job.

People are nice but very slow to unload. Sat at dock for hour. Walk whole building to find help. Guy that was supposed to be unloading me was sitting around eating pizza not even on break.

Not very well organized. They expect everyone to know their system automatically. Will unload you in a decent amount of time. Guy that runs receiving is pretty rude
