I just came for the Halloween decorations I felt like I went to a haunted house. I love the way they set up everything and I wish I could buy it all. The employees were really nice about taking pictures and asking if I needed help.
Good store with more cashiers and self check out, no waiting and beautiful Halloween decorations and stuff
Went to the store to purchase an expensive Space heater. The heater had to be ordered online as there was no stock within the store. The customer service rep made me purchase a gift card as she said an online order could only be purchased with a card or gift card - gave her cash & she ordered it through gift card within the store. I winded up returning the space heater to only find out that they would not give me back cash - the customer service rep never voiced that I could not receive my cash back even though I gave her cash & she ordered it through a gift card. You should really train your store employees better to explain your company policies.
Went into buy a refrigerator. The woman that helped me was very articulate and friendly and got the paperwork done made sure I was well advised of what I had to do. The refrigerator arrived exactly as I was told the two men took the old one out put the new one in and no time at all and they were excellent
Millwork and Ryan and Scotty are the best. Always there to help you with any needs you have. Over the many years gotten to know many of the staff. Always there to say HI, or how can we help you find something. Love coming in here its where professionals shop for a reason verses the other big box store. Just pull in the other one any morning and see how many professionals are there? Then pull in to Home Depot Manahawkin it is where real tradesman shop. A shout out to customer service also for picking up special orders, Always a pleasurable experience.
We always buy Christmas Tree late because we want it to last until Russian Christmas January 7th. 2 days ago when we with our grandkids were "hunting" for Christmas and couldn't find it anywhere As usually we found it at Home Depot. Also kids were having so much fun playing "magic forest" among those evergreens. Surprisingly, staff didn't yell at them and let little ones to have fantastic time!
The Home Depot usually has what I go into the store for. Most of the staff is great, but the customer service employees have an attitude every other time I go to the help desk.
So convenient to shop here. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. We have shopped here for many years from purchasing wood for projects, to plumbing and electrical, to paint, to plants and to our kitchen cabinets many years ago! Great store!
Manahawkin home Depot is usually pretty good but when I went to get keys cut for my home and vehicle the guy that was there said the guy that cuts the car keys has to be there for the cars so I could not get the car keys made plus I asked him if I could use the keys that I bought online with a key fob already on it they can put it in the machine and cut it he said no I said why not he said because the key guy can't make any money we have to buy there key fob so I'll be less likely to go here in the future.
Great selection as always. Helpful employees and great prices. I went for light bulbs which they have a fantastic array of sizes, shapes, and types.
