We go here every year for my garden- great deals on dirt and those cages for growing plants. Also a wide variety of flowers to embrace spring time. We also re-did our home floors with tile and got a steal on the price from Home Depot. For less than $2k we completely changed the look of our house.
I adore this location so much more than the others. I went in to get paint and the woman was so kind and helpful. I did not get her name but she had glasses and this adorable furry hat. The customer service reps are very nice too and value your time. The self checkout attendant was also very prompt at helping me when the register asked for their pin. Overall I will recommend you go out of your way to visit this location in you’re in the Omaha area.
BI don't like having to give this type of rating to a business but I am not going to to give a rating they don't deserve. I feel employee's make or no break a business and customers that are treated I was told more or less by two workers to do it myself. I called the store and was told a manager would be right there.he didn't show. I was wondering if a lady employees would help ,she was too busy talking on the phone. The one star was for the very polite and helpful gentleman who loaded my Jeep., He was a good worker. Whoever is in charge needs to get some more good people like him. on another date I guess there was an employee changing of the guards, The next time there were some very helpful and polite workers there. another thumbs up for them is they will cut your wood for you. on large projects it helps alot Because the workers were so kind and helpful, I m going to adjust the stars to four. Good turn around.
I love this store! The staff is so friendly, we bought our washer and dryer from here and we are so happy with how well it works. We went back to buy our new toilets and our new bathtubs and showers. This is a to go place for my family for remodeling because they are so personable. When I was checking out the lady brought my sons aprons with there names on them and my kids thought it was the most amazing thing ever. Never will we forget her kindness.
Another terrible experience at home depot! First they got the delivery adress wrong then I find out the order had the wrong refrigerator. Waiting on a call to see how we will proceed... it's been years since I've went to home depot because of a bad experience with carpet instaltion and this experience isn't going any better.
Always great service and inventory here. They treat Veterans extremely well also. Thanks Home Depot team! A+
I have recently had many very poor interactions with this Home Depot. With the exception of a few folks in the store the customer service desk is hostile. I mean flat out hostile and rude without provocation. If I were you I would avoid this location like the plague.
Home Depot contracts their deliveries, and when their contractors drop the ball, Home Depot can't/won't do anything to fix the situation. I've been waiting for an oven for over a month with two reschedules, and I spent a rather unproductive hour on the phone today with an apologetic but unhelpful associate and manager.
By far, one of the best locations in the area! Very well organized, clean, and friendly staff! I know where I'm going for garden supplies this Spring.
I went to the plumbing section and asked for their expert. Lonnie showed up. I showed him a couple of pictures on my phone of some copper plumbing. Lonnie had me out the door in under 5 minutes with the correct parts the first time. I greatly appreciated his expertise. Thanks Lonnie!
