I went to this Home Depot on a Friday evening, I found the items I needed quickly, I stood in the line for more than 30 minutes, only to get a very unprofessional cashier with no customer service skills. I won’t be returning, they now have an Ace Hardware on Davis street.
This is a huge store! I almost got lost here : I liked that the range of goods is very wide. I did not like the fact that there was some chaos a bit. I don't know what it's about. But I wish there was more order in the store. And so I can recommend this place. Be happy!Thank you for reading!
JR and Melvin were super helpful with cutting blinds! Went to a ton of extra effort and were very cool the whole time. Thanks to them Mel helped us order custom blinds and did an amazing job too
It's a little smaller than the average Home Depot, they layout is unique with a personality of it's own since it's in an older converted warehouse but they've got nearly everything you need, and what they lack in size they make up for in knowledge and simply being helpful. Traffic and parking trying to get in and out are tight and awkward but once you get there it's greenlights and blue skies. Their seasonal plants hit the mark both on price and selection, I can generally get in and out pretty quickly. Love this store when I'm working in the Oakland/San Leandro area.
Made on online order, got a beat up door nob. With no keys. Staff was nice though
Had 2 items and a backpack on. Line was all the way to the back of the store. Self checkout closed. I had every opportunity to just steal the stuff but that's not me. Waited in line 20 min
How can these people says your order is ready to be pick up when I got there they have to have you wait while they’re getting them ready? They said because there’s no place to put them, then have the items opt out that can’t be order online! The reason why I ordered online is save my time so when I get there my stuff are ready just pick up and leave. Common sense! Besides this lady oh I forgot one thing then more time for me to wait?! Come on now!!!
I use the app to find stuff because it's easier than finding someone to help. I wish they would number the bays in each aisle correctly and stuff is where it is supposed to be or at least close.
I was on a late night having to get cinder blocks for a job that I needed for tomorrow. The group is San Leandro is fantastic I inquired in the store how to get 30 cinder blocks five bags of concrete and five bags of mortar on my truck at 8:00 p.m. in the evening. The cashier Quwana, customer service lady Safiya and the young store associate Richard helped me get everything coordinated. Richard pulled everything and loaded all the products on the cart and into my truck. Everyone had such a positive helpful attitude they deserve the five stars because they Rock. Thank you so much it's great to have employees that do such great work.
It was easy to find help for getting the lawnmower. The floor person was knowledgeable and was able to inform us of the right lawnmower for our needs. Then he got some more help to lift it onto the flatbed and took it to the cashier for us.
