Does not take much to push carts inside, hold a flag and point people to the self check out courteously. Not high on the iq at all. Managing them is I’m sure a task in itself. I would suggest for quality products and prompt service both with associates and material on the shelves, Try Lowe’s if it need be box store. Better yet, small business support to Kosers building supplies in Middletown or quality lumber from Middletown lumber. Best lumber around and large variety. Hd fell off big time in hbg.

Charlie Stauffer is the best! He gave great customer service. I bought a refrigerator today and he even helped answer my questions about putting a fence for my home. In addition, he told me about the kids workshops every first of the month. That is great because I have 3 boys that would love that!

Great customer service at the Derry St location. Busy with the Spring Black Friday sale but everyone was helpful and we scored some good deals. Shout-out to Leroy in the mulch pit for his help!

We r trying to do kitchen remodeling and we have Oder every things cabinet all but for installing we had to pay fee before to start n they told us to bring check we gave them a check they took money from our bank n they r talking to long for install so we don’t want to do n we want refund money they ask us u want cash or refund on bank we said we want cash but manager came n she told us Home Depot can’t have cash to return us she told us that they will refund check in mail we said if it’s lost who will take risk she said we don’t know they make me very frustrated they don’t treat good to customers I don’t like Home Depot

I would like to thank Lorraine and Sean for going above and beyond today helping me with a door issue  to make it right . They both should be recognized for this .

Interested in renting a pickup truck to move an item. Customer service stated they had pickup trucks to rent but were told by management "not to rent them out today", umm, okay?
