Got our christmas tree here two years in a row. Great deal. Half the price of the "great prices" local guy. They were doing construction right outside the garden center so it was impossible to hear anything and nobody was working out there to help us but whatever I'll take it.

I know it is hard to get good services. People always leaving there jobs. I had to wait for awhile to be seen. I need to purchase a toilet and need it to be installed and the old one to be disposed. I paid extra for the disposal. This was September 20, 2022. I haven't heard from them since so, I begin calling no installed date scheduled. I couldn't get anyone beside the receptionist. This went on for two days. I went up there and to find out it wasn't ordered. They  never put it in. Chris help me to get the process going. Thanks. The only reason I went back because of great customer service with an young lady that is no longer there. And she was the best. She made sure I was taken care of and I could call her and she would make everything better. I may not be a customer there anymore.

I'm 64 yo. I've been in a lot of stores, hardware and otherwise, in my time. I have NEVER been in a store anywhere as dirty, messy, lacking in a neat and professional appearance as the Home Depot on Highland Ave. The building supplies aisles were littered with debris and garbage. Product was just laying in the aisles because, I presume, nobody is tasked with maintaining store cleanliness or front-and-face. One aisle had a pile of lumber just tossed haphazardly in a heap that aisle was a hazard to navigate. I walked several aisles over from building supplies just to have a look. Those aisles were in poor shape as well but they weren't the trip and fall hazard that building supplies was. I don't know what's going on there but no one is keeping up appearances. That being said, the staff I encountered were polite, friendly and helpful. I did get all of the materials and supplies that I needed. Five stars for that. Zero stars for appearance and cleanliness.

Waited for 20 minutes for a employee to help with a shower base/pan. After 3 pages, no one showed up. Taking my business to Lowes where I spent over $500 on what I was looking for.  Get it together Home Depot!

I visited this store about a month ago and the lumber section was a disaster. Lots of stuff scattered in the aisles and it was difficult to navigate. I figured they were having a rough day and didn't have time to clean up and let it slide.  I've been back a few times since then and it looked about the same. Today was the worst though. Three aisles had so much junk in the way that I couldn't fit my cart through until I moved stuff. There were lots of carts blocking the shelves so I couldn't find what I was looking for.  The rest of the store is normal. A bit messy, but it's a hardware store, right? But you enter the lumber section and it looks like a total war zone.  Their largest competitor is less than half a mile away. Their selection isn't a good but I can actually fit my cart through every aisle and I'll be shopping there in the future.

If you are a delivery driver and one of your stops is this store, turn it down. This place is a cesspool. One way in and out and there’s mulch and concrete pavers all over the place. No room to turn around so you have to back in blind side back 150 yards to the dock. If another truck is in here, you wait forever. Worst store in the Tri-state area.

Worst Home Depot in the Cincinnati area. If you can avoid this store, do it. Horrible service, the store is unorganized, and the employees expect you to do their job. Time is so valuable and this location has wasted my time almost every time I shop here.

Tons of items & a good range of options when looking for a single item! Many of the staff have limited expertise in repairs /construction but customer service is always great!

I came in looking for a product but I could never find anybody in that department so I walked around. Kind of find out it wasn't in store only online. There's never too many people around to help out
