I went and got some interior paint on a busy Saturday and the paint associates were very friendly, fast & helpful at this store! Was in and out within 15 minutes including buying the extras and checking out.
Since we built our house in 2000, we have made most large purchases carpet, appliances, cabinets, countertops, sinks through this Home Depot. I am always impressed by their customer service and how they handle any difficulties with deliveries or installation or wrong products sent by a third party. Recently we bought a frig, and the first person who delivered refused to take the frig down one flight of stairs and just drove away without even bringing the frig inside..he was contracted by Home Depot to deliver and do up to 2 flights of stairs. When I contacted Home Depot, both at the local Piqua store and through a delivery text chat, the manager and associate were very helpful and got a different delivery outfit to deliver within the week. The original delivery guy lied and said our bannister was in the way, but Home Depot believed our measurements and what we said. The next delivery was smooth and easy, no bannister removal needed! Home Depot really listens to it's customers and has positively resolved every issue we have had just 3 in more than 20 years. Excellent customer service! So rare in big companies these days! Thank you to all the hard working employees who really care about helping their customers and thank you to a company that supports these high standards in customer service and integrity!
I was shocked when I came in there. The workers never ran away & was so willing to help & very nice . They even took you to what you were looking. I will go out of my way to come back. Thank you for all your hard work.
This was my first time really dealing with the home Depot in many years. I have to say the ladies at the checkouts and customer service we're very friendly and helpful. If I had any complaints it would be that they're railing systems ought to have the parts packages listed on the kit that you need to purchase. We bought railing kits and it called for three different types of parts packets but it didn't tell you that on any of the kits. After three trips to home Depot we finally found the proper kits and finish the job.
Thankful we have a homedepot in town. My boyfriend being a full time maintenance worker, he is constantly in and out of homedepot. The time to check out is usually always quick and Hassel free. Staff doesn't Hassel us but are around if we need help with anything.
Love this store, but always end up with more than I planned on getting. They have an excellent variety of flowers and veggie plants.
I bought a wood shed from them and had them professionally install it. The roof slid off within months. Called them, and after a hassle they sent professionals out to fix it. A couple months later, another whole section slid off. Come to find out their professionals used staples. Then I gave them a second chance and bought carpet from them and had it "professionally" installed. Almost three years later, and I still have l still have seam lines that the professionals stated would "disappear" in a couple days. The professionals also broke chunks of the concrete floor up nailing the carpet Z bars in. I will not be going back.

Great customer service! Girl working the contractors checkout looked up some items and gave me aisle #s. I had 2 workers on the floor offer help also. Everything I needed was in stock and competitively priced.
