I had a great experience as far as finding what I was looking for. I bought my mom a new kitchen set for Christmas this year. She's been looking at stoves and refrigerators but is on a fixed income. The lady that works in that department was so nice. She got me a great discount on a full set due to a sale ending that day. I was very grateful. I did have to wait until today to get my purchase. So it was over a month we had to wait. That was the only issue I had however. Only because I was bummed out I had to find something else for Xmas for her and she's the hardest to gift for. But I made it work So today when my mom received her Xmas gift. She was in tears and so was I. The guys that delivered were so very nice and extremely helpful. Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!
I visited your store on Wednesday, September 14 yesterday. I had may questions and concerns about existing cabinets and countertops I purchased several years ago, along with concerns about replacing them. Michael in the cabinet department was so helpful, knowledgeable and even went out of his way to help me in getting epoxy stuff I need to repair a crack in my sink. THANK YOU MICHAEL !!
One star is generous for the experience I just had. The managers were unprofessional I waited over an hour to get assistance in thr appliance section and they were absolutely terrible 10 employees walked by completely ignoring us and then I was told there are no washers and dryers in stocks and they are all special orders. Like you couldn't have said that when you walked by 10 times ? Absolutely terrible and I will be going to Lowes from now on
Dissatisfied on this trip as they didn't have a decent selection of shower kit assembly. Actually didn't have any! Ended up ordering online from different source
I really recently moved to Los lunas and went into the Home Depot for some supplies and had the best customer service experience I ever had anywhere , Mona who should be made manager , if not get a good raise helped me find things all over the store , I also saw her help many people along the way , she basically runs that store behind the scenes , I was extremely impressed , I had some items that didn’t have bags or stock numbers , she went with me all the way to checkout to make sure I ring them in correctly , best worker I have ever seen , inspires me , I’m giving this store 5 stars because of Mona , Please make her an official manager as she already is based on all the radio calls she made and all the customers and staff that respect and enjoy her, thank you ! Its a good HD. Doesn't carry much of anything in the way of solar - even though they have a whole entire electrical department with 500 overhead lights - but not much for solar. A shame. Almost like they are cutting off their own business get to please some corporate affiliate whose going to go out of business soon due to their only tactic for staying in business is to slow or stall access to progressive technology... like solar in New Mexico. 3 stars for lack of business sense. The people are nice.
If delivering as a truck driver, docks are on left side. Go in intrance before you get to the side of the building. There's a street in the back to use to back into Dock. Easiest Home Depot to deliver to that I've seen
I Had purchased a Makita 20 inch bar chainsaw via Home Depot online. It worked one day then it stopped working. I returned it they had no Makita chainsaws in stock, so I exchanged it for an echo timber wolf. Got the echo home spent 3 hours trying to start it, it wouldn't start. because I made the assumption that I was buying a quality product I misplaced the receipt so I was only able to do an even exchange With the even exchange they gave me no receipt for the new one I got it home and same thing 3 hours and it won't start so I took it back again to the store to at least get an exchange again for the third time. They told me they were out of that particular saw and that there was nothing they could do, I even asked if the could see if there was one of the same saws at a Home Depot in Albuquerque they couldn't even do that. So I asked to talk to a manager instead of a manager they sent a supervisor, Brad was what looked like was scribbled on his apron. Brad, right out of the gate asked since I didn't have a reciept how it was that I got the Saw insinuating that I stole it. He continued talking down to me making remarks if you know the saws are no good why do you keep buying them. . I am a contractor that spends a lot of money on tools and materials the the way this so called supervisor talked down to me today I will take my business elsewhere local hardware stores don't treat customers the way this Brad did
As usual 15 minute wait or better for assistance. Why? Everyone walks by and states I will get you help!
Went to get lumber store was in good shape and clean. Found a buch of culled lumber that would work so saved lots of money that way
