I was able to find what I was looking for after making several stops for windchill. Have excellent variety of plants, flowers for inside and out. Also any building, repair needs or desires. Staff always courteous and helpful
I bought a gas range from this store and it was not the one that was displayed in the store. The model in the store showed a center grate that had a separate griddle to go on top. The model delivered only had a standard griddle making the 5th burner much less useful. When I went back to the store and inquired they told me it shouldn't have had those components as they were upgraded accessories. The same CSR told me once that it was probably another customer that had switched it from another unit, but then later told me that the manufacturer told them that Home Depot doesn't carry the upgraded parts in-store. So now I'm out of pocket for the upgraded parts, just to get the oven they displayed instore. This is completely wrong and textbook Bait-and-Switch tactics.
Called the "customer service" with a simple request of knowing if they have a specific light bulb in stock, but was transfered 6 different times before I could even say what kind of bulb I was looking for... What a JOKE, some customer service you got going there McDonough, Home Depot. Lowes it is I guess.
Spent over 30 minutes waiting for someone to unlock an item. I asked 3 different employees and tried waiving at the security camera 3 inches from me. I gave up and walked out. Taking my $500 to Lowe's.
Neatly organized store with a wide range of inventory – HOWEVER, POTENTIAL BUYERS BE CAUTIOUS! I recently purchased three sets of shades, but upon opening the boxes, I found that the shades were the wrong color and the hardware was ripped and resealed with Scotch tape. Additionally, a week earlier, I ordered a Weber grill cover, but when it arrived, it contained a cheaper cover instead. The store seems to have a trend of mismatched items in their packaging, which can be highly frustrating, especially when you're in the midst of a project. I urge Home Depot to improve their process of handling returns from the store and to implement better security measures to prevent item swapping within the store.
The store was clean, free of clutter, and we'll organized. All employees were polite, appeared knowledgeable, and conducted themselves in a professional manner. One exceptionally helpful employee was a man named, Lynward, who took the time to help us find the correct product for the lowest cost.
Kids workshop was amazing it’s the first Saturday of each month! The workers are very supportive and loving! From what I can tell everyone was pleased
I use this store very often. It’s the closest one to my house. I have also used the online ordering feature and picked up curbside which was a fast and pleasant experience. I was expecting it to take a while as that’s how it is in the past, but this location seems to have it together. Also, I have ordered goods online and had them delivered to my house, a washer and dryer, and that experience was also pretty good. I do have to take a star away as when the washer and dryer came to my house. I did pay for installation, but they didn’t have, the necessary plumbing to fully install my washer machine. So I had to go to the store and buy it and install it myself. I was refunded for what I purchased that they didn’t have however, it was a bit inconvenient.
The five stars are because of KEN! Omg he was an angel Saturday. I ordered a grill and smoker to be assembled and delivered a week before my event. However due to mix ups, I received a text saying my items would not be delivered a DAY before the event. After many calls and holds Ken was placed on the line. He delivered both items first thing that morning by himself. I am forever grateful for his customer service. Thank you Ken!
I’ve have had nothing but ongoing problems with a privacy fence purchase I made at the McDonough location in April 2022. I’ve had nothing but problem with the structure. I have notified the store of the problem with installation of the fence the people they sent did not do a good job and were unprofessional . I made several complaints to Home Depot. Also sent several emails. Nothing has been completed . I’ve been getting the run around from the store manager Melokule and sales rep Richard. They are aware of my ongoing problem and have ignored me and done nothing to see that this is completed. I have been inconvenienced for over a year now and my fence has NOT been fixed. I’m very unhappy with the service at McDonough Home Depot.
