The store is always busy. But they get you out quick. It can't be hard to get help. But they do the best they can. New Management here and they are really doing good things. Alot cleaner better
What can I say. I started a home project that I fumbled on Step 1. I came to Home Depot 4109 for advise and suggestions on tools. I approach Ree Ree we tried, we had the idea but nothing. She said, let's call Mike Mike/Michael. Grady walked by and tried, again nothing. Michael came and saved the day. They were all professional and funny. The customer service displayed went above and beyond.
By far the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. None of the employees seem interested in helping the customers. I’m constantly waiting for help and/or check for simple things. I can write this review in the store because I have so much spare time waiting. Avoid if you have any other options. Picture from the parking lot that depicts what it’s like inside. Edit: why did I come back? They have 10 employees standing around but only 1 person working the checkout. So we all waiting a huge line wasting our time just to buy something.
Came in to grab an item that was listed online as having 7 on hand. I had to grab an employee because I couldn’t find any on the shelves and was told it must be an error online and was directed to place an online order. Came back today to pick up order just to find out that they did actually have 7 on hand and the employee didn’t bother to check the computer or secondary storage location. After waiting for over an hour for the item to be picked from the top shelf pallet it was on I left. Do yourself a favor don’t come here.
This was the worst experience that I have had at this Home Depot . Keep in mind I’ve been shopping here since 2004. I rented a truck online on Tuesday for this Saturday 7/1. You get several text messages reminding you to be on time for your reservation because they will cancel it if you are 30 minutes late . I was 3 minutes away from the store with 20 minutes to spare and I get a call saying I can’t have the truck ì reserved because both trucks are damaged. Those trucks were returned this morning before 10 so it was known the night before and no one called me . So unprofessional!! Then I asked to see the manager , who was called several times , but never came to speak with me, again , unprofessional and disrespectful. The lady who tried to help me was extremely sympathetic and I appreciated that . Worst experience EVER!!
Customer Service was excellent. The Manager of the dept., Josh I believe was his name, and all the other employees that work there were fantastic when taking care of me. I needed an item that was in stock and they did all they could to get it down for me. Unfortunately the Fork lift they were using malfunctioned and got stuck up high. Josh was so apologetic. Great department and wonderful employees! Thank you so much!!!
I love their selections of flowers and ornamental plants.
Needed a new shower head abd store assistant help me find it. Also, advice on the size to not get one too large because the water will spray out of the shower. I like plants and found 2 cactus plants. One was in bad shape that the nice store assistant let me buy it for half price! That was very nice!
Definitely on the lower tier of HDs I always had the pleasure or more like displeasure to visit. This was the only HD on my way and it is not the usual one I go to. The store appears dirty and there aren’t many employees on the floor to ask questions. Thankfully I had a short shopping list and was in and out. The parking lot dirtier than the store.
J in the Doors department is EXCELLENT! Was extremely patient with me and knowledgeable, made sure I left with exactly the kind of doors and other materials I needed for my new home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, thanks J!
