Purchased a grill today, I couldn’t figure out how to mount the gas tank… thought it was missing a piece idiot… I went back, dawn and Tyler were so helpful and non judgmental about me not being able to figure it out. They were super nice and showed me how to do it. I also had to run to this store yesterday to find bolts for my table and James was also super helpful! As an unhandy woman… highly recommend this store! They are all amazing and have been a godsend!
I was at home depot today in lawn and garden and I was very surprised on how the staff could not answer very basic flower and plant questions. They where nice and all but every answer was I don't know so I just Google my questions while at the store. Maybe it's just me but I like to have knowledge of my job so I don't have to say I dont know or at least say let's find out but it's a new world
Home Depot is our go-to for most of our home repair items we need. We rented an excavator yesterday, and when we returned it this morning, Bob, in tool rental, checked us in. He was such a nice person and very accommodating. He's definitely a person Home Depot should keep as a team member and hope the next time we rent a piece of equipment, that Bob is there.
Probably the worst customer service ever! Spoke with manger “Rob” who was the most disrespectful and rude person I have ever dealt with as a customer. Rob was not interested in resolving the situation after being told I was given WRONG information by another Home Depot manger. I am in complete shock that a “manger” would conduct themself this way and that Home Depot allows customers to be treated with such disrespect.
Had Home Depot install 3 windows in my home, nothing short of a joke!! Complete nightmare!! After almost a year all issues were resolved but NEVER again!!
I've always and will always do business with this store, very helpful, always has what I need when I need it, they truly know how to treat the customer
I had over 15 HD employees walk by me without asking if I needed assistance or just say hi. Maybe hire or train employees with people skills.
Lovely people and some knowledgeable staffs gardening section in particular who try their best to help you and answer your questions.
The only reason I go to Home Depot is because they have Milwaukee tools. Well for full price they sold me this Milwaukee vacuum that looked like it was on a job site for 90 days and wouldn't replace it. I got my money back... But I wanted a vacuum.
