There were many people in the place, but all with masks. I needed some boxes of a specific size, a worker helped me and was helping me for about 20 minutes and could not find them although he was kind enough to recommend me to go to Menard, I kept looking and found the boxes I was looking for at a very good price. In the end, I left that store very satisfied. Mask required to enter. Thank you
I just want to share some feedback about Ray that helped me pick out my tile for my bathroom. He was so helpful and knowledgeable I was really impressed. He is a valuable employee and I hope he gets paid accordingly.
Thank you for the well organized stuff, Home Depot workers and consultants are available to answer to all of your questions and that’s why I have only the great experience here. Before one time when no where to appear black hair women with a tall men, who looks protective, anyways it wasn’t suspicious until she start to asking about my address, want to give me approval for some credit card for the holidays season. Check them out and be aware. At all there is no concerns any more.
Poor customer service. I am a contractor, and went to this location to handle a return for one of my customers. Unfortunately my costomer lost the recipe. The lady who helped me, Tracy, was very rude about the whole situation . Her attitude suddenly changed when I asked for her name. I am not upset about the return policy, it is understandable. However the employees attitude was uncalled for and I will not be returning.
Called the Crystal Lake Home Depot to get some product information before driving to purchase. Person in Lawn and Garden was rude and hung up when I asked for help. Called the manager, who laughed at me, and was not helpful at all. Their answer was for me to drive over and check out the product. Being a long way from home, I was seeking info to see if the trip worthwhile. Apparently this Home Depot does not care if they turn customers away instead of helping them. I won't spend any money there again.
You can always count on Home Depot to have almost whatever you need for home repairs or construction. This store is clean and plenty of employees there to help you find what you're looking for. This time I bought wood and screws.. going to hang a door.
Love home depot but today at Crystal Lake location in tool section was scolded by a lady worker that I should have not opened the box. Since there was none in display how can I know what I am getting. Or should I get it and the return it if I dont like it? I think there should be more training before people are allowed to work on a floor if that happens. Not that it matters how you should treat customers, but I am GC and spend 1-5k a week in hardware stores next time I might choose other one just for insident like that. Hope its going to get better.
I go to this store when menards doesn't have something that I might need , the only reading why I go to menards more is because in the town that I live there is no Home Depot, menards is nice because have nicer variety of flooring and is organized better , but home depot has better and more detailed hvac and plumbing supplies
Just returned some flowers that died, very quick and easily with the card number used to purchase. I also bought two new pots of flowers to replace them, and one of the employees used her own water bottle to water them for me since I am going grocery shopping after this. Very happy with the customer service here!
Always a pleasure! Local staffers are always informed and ready to help, speak well of management when morale is good along with performance. I will just add all companies like Lowe's and Home Depot who honor our service men and women daily, make them a destination for this vet; but damnit tell corporate to go back show your ID for the discount. Too many elderly vets have rarely ever gotten discounts in their lives for serving, and now to say they can't just because they don't have a smart for is shameful. I opted out and removed the app from my phone after I heard of the login requirement for vets; on principle for those ole dieing breed of true American Patriots
