Went on a Saturday, after the flood, this place was packed! We still had 2 employees ask if we needed help. We were able to find what we needed and it was in stock. They had a nice supply of lumber too! Update 5/2022:. Super nice associate went out of her way to try and help! Home Depot has THE best price on water misters. Unfortunately they are currently out of stock.

Went shopping for a refrigerator at the Home Depot. It was a great experience because of Lane, the appliance team member. Lane took his time explaining the features and making sure we bought the refrigerator that best met our needs. He fully explained the delivery details and even signed us up with a Hope Depot card. This type of customer service is rare these days. Wish we had a Home Depot in our town with a bunch of employees like Lane.
Moving as a single female is always a bit of a challenge. On one of my many visits to the Rogers Home Depot, I was assisted by a gentleman named Charles. Charles went above and beyond to make my visit to the store and by extension my move as easy, stress-free, and organized as possible. This is truly a neighborhood business with employees who care about you as a person, not just as a customer. Thanks again Charles, you rock!
This is a well run Home Depot. I have been a customer ever since the store opened back in 2006/7 I don't remember the exact date, back then I was running a crew restoring an historic building in downtown Bentonville. They did a good job taking care of my needs then. Many weeks I purchased $10,000 or more for over a year... That restoration led to other jobs of the same type. Since 2009 I have only bought things for myself or jobs in my house. Now in 2022 I don't buy that much but I still can normally find the things I want and if I need help with something, every department has at least one person who is retired from the trade a plumber, an electrician, a sheetrock guy and so on. I am in no way saying that every person you see wearing that orange vest will know anything and I have met more than a few who would not have made out the first day on a job I ran. However I guess that lots of folks are having trouble getting good help and I rarely see one of the less than good ones a week or two later. All of the managers I have met over the years have always been reasonable and willing to find a way to work out a problem fairly. The present manager "Mike" is a real quality manager, he has fixed every issue I have dealt with him on. I get asked to help with things from people who were customers of my business years ago, I ran a fixed Wireless Internet provider to folks out in these hills where a lot of folks could only get dial-up so a lot of older folks still have my phone number... I must be a soft touch, if asked I will try to help if I can.. That's the best I can do for reviewing this Home Depot location.
I could tell that today was a busy and stressful one for the employees. It looks like there are a lot of new hires who are trying hard to learn as they go right now. That's why I appreciate it all the more that Stephanie I hope I spelled it right! stayed with me to help me cut every piece of moulding to the right size that I needed today. This is her first week on the job, but she was so kind, helpful, and attentive that I wanted to leave her a shout out. Thank you!
Gabe from the bath area was fantastic today! Excellent customer service! Helped us find the perfect new bath tub/shower unit and all the parts needed to install it.
I have bought a lot of stuff from here, both online and in person. The store is nice and clean and the employees are helpful. They have helped me with some returns and always made sure I was a happy customer.
Did not have collapsible baskets for hand washing or clothing but they do online. Went 4 places and no one did. Those are a basic staple for the home/ Laundry room. Pretty sad. Then we went to look at French doors. I need 2 sets. No prices on displays and the guy said he couldn't help at all with them. Not even look up prices. No one there to help. But there should be someone the following Monday and then he went on to talk about everything else keeping us from leaving. We had things to do. Arrands with a purpose.
Do not trust them with any deliveries. A set of rugs lost in transit, had to reorder. Chest freezer delivered and damaged beyond repair. Had ro reorder, set of landscaping wall blocks rescheduled twice for no reason. No call. Refunded money and no longer doing business with home depot ever again.
