Normally, I have great experiences in Home Depot. Today, however, there was deceptive advertising in the tool section. They did nothing to rectify the situation other than trying to upsell me.
I like that I can bring the dogs with me. Overstocked should not be a negative value to a store. The main aisles were dangerously crowded with seasonal and promotional products. I did however receive great help in the flooring department. On a recent visit the customer service was over the top. SUPER hospitality, offering dog bone to our pup and a lollipop to our 6 yr old boy
Dave C. from the paint department; at the Warwick Home Depot, was so helpful today. I am sealing a new deck, and he knew exactly what I needed. He explained the different products; and how they were used. I commend him for his expertise & knowledge
Very nice people willing to help not just tell you but bring you to what your looking for. I bought hoover rug cleaner cant wait to get it in. Everything is so nice in there spe I'll if your building your own home or remodeling one you have. They even sell Cleaning supplies
Kendra in appliances was awesome, she was extremely helpful and what she didn't know she found out for me.My time at home Depot is kept to a minimum because of her expertise. Kendra is the best
This location Rocks for the quality service and good prices they offer. I shop at Home Depot often and enjoy shopping here for the staff who work here. Liz the lead person can multi-task she provides to make your trip worth shopping at this location. Veronica who works in the paint department really makes your experience worth shopping here. Trust me when I say this is the location to go to when doing home repairs.
Horrible experience... I purchased an over 2k washer/dryer combo machine for my business. After waiting over a month, on the delivery date the third party delivery company call to say they would not available to deliver the machine until the next day due to their truck breaking down. I was informed of this after 1pm, when the delivery was supposed to be between 8am to 12pm. The next day again I waited and after 12pm the truck had still not arrived with the new washer. I called the delivery company to be informed that after today they would no longer being delivering for Home Depot. At that point, I called Home Depot directly to only reach a very rude employee that informed me that there is nothing that they could do to assist the issue, and that if I want to still have the machine delivered it would not be until next month. This is extremely poor customer service, and will be last time I purchase an appliance from Home Depot.
For the first time since I have been shopping at home Depot , I was disappointed . I was also surprised . There was not a single sheet of half inch blueboard . Other than that , I found everything on the list .
The people that work at Home Depot are always the ones that make it or break it, and they definitely Make it in my opinion!
I like Home Depot customer service is good, products are good , everything is good. Good Job Home Depot.
