Items are hard to find, very low level customer service to non existent. Cashier's are terrible .no employee seems to care to help, or give help to customers. All or most need more training in better customer service.
Absolutely the worst customer service. Employees are lazy and completely incompetent. Questions are met with a blank stare and at best a shoulder shrug. Need something on the top shelf? Best wait two hours. That is if they even have someone who can drive the forklift. But they wont actually tell you that until you wait for the two hours. Cashiers are also either completely indifferent and don't even notice you when you need help, or super rude and treat every interaction with you like your a crack head trying to heist the entire tool section. Literally every interaction I have had with an employee at this store has been terrible. If home depot employees danced the limbo they would most certainly go as low as you could go.
Sporadic selection, have to get half of what I need from Home Depot, the other half from Lowes. Biggest complaint is that Home Depot like to use their carts for storage instead of allowing customers to use them.
Your chance of getting friendly sincere assistance: 75%. You're more likely to find someone that will help you begrudgingly and answer your questions sarcastically. Worst yet, prices you find on the app is not what you will find in store. You can select pick up from store and it's one price, but if you want to grab something while you're at the store, be ready to pay 33% more.
No customer service Danny!!!! Our carpenter calls ahead for parts for door jam and we arrive 9:30 to find no one helping us. After I gave up I was in stove area and kind South Pacific man gave help to find price for a stove. He heard about the item not being found and used the computer after customer service ladies didn't even know what we were talking about. Or what to do with know what exterior door jam kit is. It shows there 6 in stock and we walk over with him second guy. Only to find 1 exterior door frame jamm. During this time we're harassment by 2 bald grandpas way down the aisle and my husband responds we're being helped and by far rude harassment continued and followed up by second bald manager Danny while being helped was very stressful on top trying be in a store with toddler. I do not appreciate be yelled at 3 people while they trying help us get what we came for when we had done everything as customer possible by calling first. He knows he locked us in but walks away and makes us wait another 8 minutes just be let out of the door. 5 stars for the hardworking kind man that I wish I was allowed to walk back and get his name but he worked on may 18th at 9:30 unpacking pallets. I would support his kindness and customer support. As women going into a store I can't help find it unrewarding to be treated like this.
I recommend if you want any customer service to go to Lowes. I ordered lumber from here on a Sunday and scheduled delivery for the following Saturday. Paid for it in full. I got an email from them on Friday afternoon that they cancelled my order because they had sold the lumber out from under me. Not a courtesy call, an email. No sorry, no can we get it it for you from another store. I talked to the store manager who was very short and not happy to take my call from the moment he picked up the call. I quickly asked him if he was okay. He asked why, I told him his tone of voice was angry. His demeanor changed and we talked for awhile. No offer came to make it right by pulling inventory from another store. The other stores would not deliver to my address. I went into the store 3 days later. The lumber was there. They did not sell it out from under me. The staff that was supposed to pull the stock prior to delivery didn't find it. Two staff noted the lumber was not there as well as one manager.
Line is long for gas but moves along well. Price is very reasonable and helps members save money. Octane mix is good and never had any problems with their gas. Most people are courteous in lines and patient except those few me first that cut cuz they can't wait or some person on their cell that is unaware of the dangers of static discharge causing fires at the pump. The staff helps out if the pump breaks. My only complaint is I wish they had the self window cleaning sweagies to get the buggies off while u wait.
Are used curbside pick up. The workers are always friendly and helpful. It just took longer than usual, about half an hour, for me to get my order. The carrier was apologetic. I understand the store is busy, so I wasn’t upset with anyone. It wasn't easy because I needed to get back to work.
I highly recommend their flooring department if you don't value your time and like to sit around and waste a day, or two, and have no one show up for the appointment. Finally on my 3rd appointment, Dennis showed up but couldn't follow simple directions and only measured 3/6 bedrooms ‍. I'm done with HD. I'll take my 20k project to a different store.
Keri was so kind, informative, knowledgeable , helpful, friendly and simply awesome while providing ideas and helping us achieve our goals pertaining to our outdoor projects. Thank you for hiring such an awesome, competent amazing individual
