It's hard to beat the fact that you can find everything hardware here. And they actually go beyond that. Today I needed a key and they have a self service key machine & also a Home Depot specialist key machine. I needed in-store assistance for the type of key I had to duplicate. I had to look and walk around for 5 minutes to find someone that could take care of my need. Great store but possibly in need of a few more employees.

Was in & out within 10 min. Gal in garden section was very helpful. I only have 3 stars because I hate that I always have to t trek across the parking lot when leaving. You have to enter in far right doors & exit in left doors. It's a pain in the butt & unless the weather is decent I skip going here at all because of the hike back to my car.
Customer service is just grand....not! Some of the hired help is just awful. Not all, but definitely some. My check out experience was horrible today, as the older guy couldn't even bend over to scan a code. You have one job dude...check people out. And you can't even manage that and get huffy about it. I seriously wanted to pound this guy. Like I said, not a good experience. Will I go back, probably because they have a monopoly on things and really only compete with lowes, which let's be honest, not much better.
We had some issues with purchasing a gift card here. Asked a few employees and couldn’t get a straight answer. But then we met Lisa. She did some research and consulted with Dusty. Both ladies searched high and low for a solution. After exhausting their knowledge, they took our contact information and continued to look for answers. These two were kind, helpful and made a stressful situation much more pleasant! Thank you both for your sweet hearts and excellent customer service that went above and beyond!!
The customer service employees here are great. We have run into several issues with online orders. Each time Home Depots online orders have had issues, we have been taken care of by Dusty and Teressa. Dusty has gone above and beyond and we appreciate the customer service team at the Valley location!
They moved the customer service counter to the east side of the building since I was here last. My order had supposedly been ready to pick up since 9 a.m. and would be waiting at the customer service counter. At 1 p.m. I went to pick up my new sliding screen door. I am disabled, so I called the number on the parking space sign to have it brought to the car. An older lady by her voice who answered the phone finally - after 15 rings - couldn't find my order in the system, much less a screen door in the pick-up area!!! We had to go inside to where customer service used to be west side and then walk the whole length of the building to the customer service area. After almost 5 minutes of standing there, not being acknowledged by any of the 4 workers in the area, a young blonde gal came over from another area asking if she could help us. She found my order right away in the computer, but lo and behold, she had to go and get it from the door department!!! Home Depot texts and emails me stating it's ready to pick up, but it's not Your workers aren't trained well enough to look up orders in the system or to greet customers walking up to the counters. The only saving grace for this review was the friendly, helpful blonde gal that went above and beyond to help us and her genuine apology for the inconveniences we experienced. Do a better job, Sprague Home Depot.
Always find Home Depot stores to be clean & orderly. Employees are positive & helpful. Good parking accommodations for the hanicapped & Veteran parking available.
Up on returning rental, I walked up toward the store and sudden I tripped and fell in parking lot and told employee about it he as aware of it from the past, why isn’t it taken care, simple place cone there to prevent other people tripping it. Someone left a small amount of cement powder then it may got wet from the rain/snow and it is already cured.
Usually they have what we need, but their staff is definitely lacking in knowledge of products. I don't expect them to tell me how to use things, but I do expect them to know where they are located.
