Very lazy and careless workers. It took me 20 minutes to get what i needed and no help from anyone who works there. One employee wearing a mask was very rude and unhelpful, gave me an attitude when I asked for help and didn’t want to do anything to assist me. I asked other workers and nobody was helpful, they’re very clueless and didn’t want to work. I ended up finding it myself which makes me wonder why people work here when they have no clue what they are doing. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and drive an extra 10 minutes to the next location. Do a better job next time.
I don’t like to be watched like a child from the time I walk-in until I reach check out. I understand they may have problems with people stealing. But that makes me feel very uncomfortable!
NOTE: This is for the curbside pick-up experience, not in-person shopping Home Depot - Dearborn provides the WORST pick up services! Disorganized and Slow are two words to describe the customer service here. We arrived to get a counter top and cabinet with a sink section. App doesn't work at all. System errors constantly pop up. So instead of getting it to your car, you have to go inside. Every time we went, they took Twenty Minutes !!! You have to wait for someone to help you after standing in line. Waiting for the team to bring our stuff out should not take so much time. Move faster with a sense of urgency. Please do better.
WORST STORE, go to another location for better service!!! Went to get a tool chest, and they only gave me part of it. When I specifically asked if it was everything! Had to drive 20 mins again, and wait in the line for customer service that was NOT moving because the workers were talking and not working. Overall a terrible place.
It is what it is. A Home Depot. However, Allen Park Home Depot on the hill is so much more organized, well stocked and customer friendly compared to the Ford Rd. location. The difference in the shopping experience between those two stores is like night and day.
This is the worse store to go-to because of their customer service. They have 20 to 30 people in line and ONLY 2 scanning machine going. And about 10 other register worker's just standing around talking and joking for over 20 mins...id rather drive 30min more for better service
The delivery service was great! They called before they pulled up and it only took them about 30 minutes to assemble and place. Great Job!!
I had to come shoutout the young man in the garden department with the dread hair style lol I can’t pronounce nor spell his name but he was so helpful his customer service was everything he came out of nowhere and told me if I was getting anything heavy let him know then he loaded my vehicle his deliverance was like he was happy to be at work GOOD JOB HOME DEPOT for hiring him you got a good one
Very bad staff they do not help .. they get mad when ask questions and no registers open so many employees walking around doing nothing instead of having registers open in Help customers very very bad customer service
