Home Depot is the place where both the DIY’er and the Professional can get the supplies and materials they need for the small job and the large project alike. This Home Depot although limited in ease of entry into its parking lot has every feature as every other Home Depot and a lot more. I enjoy coming here for all my needs.
I'm not a big fan giving reviews to the big transnational companies, but l just feel home depot has been the best option for my remodeling house, getting the materials and tools that l need. But the best part is the people always helping me and feeling cool hearing my name and when they walk next to me when l'm asking or looking for something, never feeling a mean treatment because l'm a woman or making me feel weak. The requests online for special orders like the entry door, laundry machines, etc. and the communication when is ready to pick up are great, the rent truck when is necessary very easy, never feeling disappointed. I went shopping elsewhere because I was so annoyed and angry at waiting so long for someone who could help me find what I needed. I have no choice but to go to Home Depot often because of the price and variety of items and because it is closest to my house. Other than these inconveniences above, most items and prices are good.
I made a quick run into home depot before they closed. I was looking for a spray that was safe for indoor houseplants to get rid of gnats. I asked Armando for help. He told me what isle I could find it and I went off to find it, but was unsuccessful. Then Armando came by and made sure i found it. He also gave me his suggestions on products. Very helpful and nice. I was very appreciative of the time he took to help.
Mr. SAVOY is one of the most thorough managers ive ever dealt with. He is patient and he makes sure the customer is satisfied! I spoke with Micheal and i got hung up on but Savoy is the GOAT! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My Name is Sandra V, Im, a customer since 2010. I made a payment at the store on October 10, 2022, and it was reversed the same day. I didn’t get an email or notification. I went to the store three times to ask them why and called credit card services. They didn’t know the reason for the reversal. Lowe’s store payment was so convenience and easy to do it. Worse experience ever!!!
Hard to find what I am looking for at this store. I am generally looking for some hard to find fasteners or other hardware. The store is ok, if you're looking for common hardware items you won't be disappointed. It is convenient to have Lowes across the street; however, depending on which way you're traveling you go to one or the other. I always find getting into and out od the Home Depot parking lot far more difficult and stressful. Furthermore, it's always a question of where to park at the Home Depot, quite a busy small parking lot with traffic lights at the shopping centers exits that seem to be short-timed.
So the 10% Veterans discount does not apply to wood products or plumbing supplies. Really ? Bought a $26 soap dispenser. You guessed it. Its considered plumbing. LOWES makes10% count on everything. Will never shop at Home Depot again. Cashier said everyone complains and he's tired of listening to us. Nice job !!!
Just went to the Home Depot an Woodbridge a Virginia at 6:30 in the morning to buy a dishwasher. Get there and told the clerks do not arrive till 11 o’clock but a lady in flooring called for the manager on duty. Just a quick sale I knew what I wanted and Heather helped me right away. Very professional and I appreciated her help. Home Depot is the best!!
Home Depot has rats, they will run across your feet while shopping and they have TERRIBLE customer service and they don’t see a problem with the rats. Their employees are not helpful and always are in a rush to get to their break and leaving customers on their own. They have not been trained properly and this is a HORRIBLE store.
