It was my first time here was just browsing while my family was next door and Home depot. I was nicely greeted. And I began to look around then I saw a woman following me. I felt as if she thought I was about to steal something. Her pretense to walk the floor was horrible. She could have asked if I needed help or looking for anything inperticulier that would have made me feel as if she was not waiting for me to steal something and more of a help in the waiting. Anyway it is somewhat over priced for used items somethings you can get New for 5 -10dollars more. And assurance or return or replacement.
They have everything I need most of the time, and I like the employees cause they always offer help, I have done a couple projects at home
My wife and I visited the South Chino Home Depot to purshase some vertical blinds. We intially encountered a woman speaking with three male employees in the Home Decor section. We waited patiently as they concluded their conversation. We politely asked the woman if she could assist us. We quickly learned she knew nothing about the window coverings in the department she worked as she continually repeated our questions who another woman who was seated at a desk. We noticed she was shopping for woman's clothing on-line. None of the employees we encounted seemed to have the knowledge or inclination to assist so we left. I then did some research of my own on-line and discovered the Home Depot-Pomona store had the verticals we needed in the size and color for two different sized sliding doors. We met with Francis in Home Decor and she immediately stopped what she was doing and promptly explained where the blinds were AND escorted us over to the section to explain the different variations of color and texture they carried as well as those we could special order. Francis was pleasant, conversational, and VERY HELPFUL! She is the type of employee we all hope we would encounter whether we visit a business or call our cable company. Francis is a breath of fresh air in a seemingly increasing culture of poor service. Home Depot should be proud to have an employee of Francis' calibre!
Waited 20 minutes to NOT buy an electric drill. Customer service was called twice and I personally asked 3 employees to simply get an item out of the cage. Nothing. This is 1 out of many more complaints. Improve on your customer service. You're a multi-billion dollar company, please invest in employee training and satisfaction. Happy and well trained employees will result in happy cusromers. That'll improve this review.
the worst homedepot. Really slow cashier line. Under trained staff refused bring me what I pay for. He said they don’t have sand premix and I found one in store and paid for it. Lucky I got another forklift driver help me put it on my truck. That the reason I give it two stars. If u in time matter don’t come these store.
I like the store layout and the employees were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Not to crazy about the location, very trashy part of town that has been getting worse, maybe they should relocate it to the west side of the fwy in a better area where there is more of a traffic flow and nicer surroundings?
Check out and customer service are in one line, and only one staff there, it’s 6pm, not that late bro. Looks at how many people are waiting.
The Home Depot App is confusing. I approached 3 employees to assist me and the first 2 couldn't explain why the app said they had inventory, but they really didn't. The 3rd employee said well we can ship it to you. Why didn't the first 2 employees offer me that?
It looks deserted. No electric cars for people with disabilities shame on them. So you have to be all body able to shop here. Too many indigents in the peripheral area and the place is limited in home supplies for the home owner,
We bought a Frigidaire dishwasher on 07/29 this & all following dates are of 2022, was promised delivery & installation on 08/04. On the morning of that day, we were told that they found the dishwasher to be "defective", had to get another one and hence would postpone & reschedule for 08/10. On the morning of 08/10, exactly the same story happened again: they found another "defective" before they set out, had to delay for another week. Finally they installed the dishwasher on 08/23; after they left we found it to be DEFECTIVE: after the washing cycle was completed, everything in there was dripping wet. We went to the store and reported the problem on 08/25, within 48 hours of the completed installation. They sent a team to check it on 09/02, but they didn't do anything either to fix it or take it back, told us to call, and left. We spent literally more than 3 hours on the phone with the Home Depot representatives, at the end of which they just kicked the ball to Frigidaire and we were left all on our own to deal with the manufacturer, which was equally slow in response. So, nearly 40 days after the purchase, Home Depot simply washed their hands of the above horrible serving record: two appointment cancellations due to "defective products," and we, the poor customers, are left with another DEFECTIVE dishwasher!
