An absolutely wonderful garden center, with the most friendly and welcoming staff! I had multiple people greet me with a good morning and a smile. I can tell that they really care, and it was a great experience. There's a large variety of plants and trees that look healthy and strong because of the care they put into the greenery. Keep up the good work, I will definitely be back!
Horrible delivery, Expected my order excited to put my new couch and sadly it was short of an arrival. All the boxes had something wrong with them. My item was torn and I could see the way they treated my items just tossed and thrown with no care at all for the customers item. What a disappointment honestly They don't even deserve a star who ever the third party is for delivery for this home Depot needs to work on their delivery skills off top.! Reddaway
I just want to Thank Ethan for his outstanding customer service. He really went above and beyond in trying to help me fit the grill I purchased in My vehicle. When it wasn’t fitting, another colleague named Raul helped in removing a side, so that it fit in my car. And explained to me how to put it back on. Very helpful because now I don’t have to reassemble the whole thing myself, and was able to take it home same night. Another colleague named Josh helped us in the final delivery to my car, and was very cautious and so friendly. I really appreciated all of the colleagues attentions. I would rate each of their service a 10, and am glad my local Home Depot has such great, kind people working there!
Great place for almost all your household needs. They have great selection of cost-effective products with some Clearance sections. The products range from Gardening, Electrical, Plumbing, Furniture, Appliances, Lumbar & so on.. Amazing staff that is always ready to help! Plenty space for parking.
Customer service is non existence at the location. Had to have an associate called 3 time to come cut some blinds, meanwhile there is plenty of associate in the back corner chatting it up... Had to go as far as calling the store TWICE while I'm in the store to see if FRONT DESK Customer Service could get someone.... I'm still waiting here 30 minutes and NO help.....Finally someone comes all nonchalant "Do you need help???.....
We shop at Home Depot for our Business and our home. We came in today to look at area rugs and ended up buying patio chairs and other items. My wife noticed that the laundry soap is two dollars cheaper a box here. So now we buy our laundry soap here. Amazing prices on everything for the home. Friendly and helpful staff.
Store Manager Jonathan was an excellent help with my purchase of washer and dryer. I originally came into the store with being upset with a previous purchase from another retailer for my washer and dryer and Jonathan the chino store manager helped me from start to finish with my purchase. He was extremely helpful and understanding with my situation.
This place was very busy on a Wed morning, couldn't believe it. Nice and clean store tho product isn't where it should be according to their app. I was out quickly thru self checkout.
Amazing experience alert! I must take a moment to send a note of thanks on behalf of Erica and Goyo for their incredible ability to go the extra mile. Erica took time to hear and address my request, following through until complete. Goyo, was extremely patient with loading my purchase into my car, which took about an hour. These two are wonderful examples of going the extra mile to help a customer complete the project. Now I can relax on my new patio. Team work makes the dream work. Thanks again. I just wish they wouldn’t rely so much on self check out. When a store that doesn’t have bar codes on all their items, expects you to look it up. I asked for help at self check out and was directed to the far end of the store for the pro checkouts to wait in a long line for the 1 and only started register.
