A 1 star is way too high for the horrible customer service I got when picking up an online order. I had one item I ended up not needing. I advised the employee of this. She proceeded to argue the fact that I ordered it. I had to tell her a few times I no longer needed the item. She finally refunded me. On my way out the door another employee yells over to me, “Hey ma’am! Did you need any help?!” I turned around and asked if she was referring to me and she said she was. I walked back into the store and told he I got everything I needed. The employee then looks at my cart and sees the online order sticker on the moving boxes I ordered and apologized. Unbelievable!!!
Some employee thought it was ok to come harass me while sitting in my car texting, then like a weirdo followed me outside just to sit 10 feet away and watch me unload multiple 50 pound bags of sand, multiple heavy bags of rocks and dirt. My girlfriend called as I was leaving and asked me to grab a few more things so I go back inside, I'm standing in an aisle texting her and see this dude walking up on me harassing me AGAIN ... INSIDE the store now, laughing at a medical condition I was basically forced to mention I have and that all is only a fraction of what happened and it's not even the worst.. hey dude get a life, maybe offer help to customers lifting heavy objects instead of watch, don't laugh when someone says they have a medical condition, don't harass customers for your weird pleasure... And a formal complaint has been made for everything else also that's all I'll say about that
This review is specifically for their plants + outdoor gardening area! Needed quite a few plants for my house last-minute so I stopped by at around 5:30 yesterday. The entire store was very light at the time, so I barely saw any other customers. This was great because I could take my time looking at all of their plants! They must have gotten a fresh shipment of indoor + outdoor plants because all of the areas were FULL with healthy plant babies. I ended up leaving with a lush fiddle-leaf fig plant, some succulents, and multiple indoor plants! Usually big chain stores don’t have a great variety of plants, but yesterday I saw some varieties that tend to be more rare—it must depend on what time/day you shop. Overall the store was clean, fully stocked, and the person who helped us at checkout was really nice!
I stopped in for a quick part, the home Depot associate was very helpful. I will shop there again.
Good location, abundant parking, enormous inventory, friendly staff, and super neat and clean inside and out.
I visited Mission Viejo Home Depot very often. The cashier "Vivian" at the garden side register is very knowledgeable, kind, sweet and very HELPFUL. Thank you so much Vivian.
27952 Hillcrest Mission Viejo Greyson and Don assisted me with some concrete blocks that we picked up a couple of months ago. Sorry it took so long for me to post. I just found my paperwork on it and remembered what a pleasant experience it was. Not often I can say that. They were very pleasant and helpful.
Horrible experience. The salesman lied about the interest free promo. We also never got a straight answer about delivery of our refrigerator. Credit department was no help either. Never shopping here again.
I'm giving 5 stars to Ben what an amazing employee, goes the extra mile to help me and my aunt with all our needs , he was courteous and extremely knowledgeable...we waited a long time for someone to help us , then up steps Ben and David , Bravo on your customer service skills guys
