I have been in contact with Dwayne the store manager and have gotten no where over the last almost year that I have had Home Depot remodeling my kitchen. My doors aren’t straight my drawers are crooked. There’s gaps in boards there stuff that doesn’t line up almost all my door handles were drilled crooked. My cabinets were never leveled the counter top guy said he’s never seen such a poor job. Urbane commercial contractors were the cabinet installers Stephan is one of the lead installers he was extremely rude through out the entire process mad because we weren’t happy when the cabinets showed up with nicks and dents that we wanted fixed, and I feel we were in the right because after spending so much with Home Depot to install the cabinets and wanting the job done right. But here we are we started this remodel late July of 2021 and here we are April of 2022 and still don’t have a finished kitchen. I will never ever let anyone I care about use Home Depot for remodels again. I almost wouldn’t even wish this process on my worst enemy. Home Depot has been no help just giving me comforting words but no actions to back them up. I’m so disappointed I’m being treated like this.
Went in for one thing left with a few. Always some projects to be done and this is my go to. I appreciate the ease of this place. The staff always knows where everything you need even if you can't say the name right. The app is great too. Found my bed off the app and wouldn't of thunk it. They have all your needs!
Although the store is well stocked and the customer service is good, I have to give this business a 3 star rating. This is due to the fact that if you are a veteran not an active military person you must jump through hoops to get your veteran discount. Lowe's doesn't make you do that. At Lowe's you show your documents, fill out the form and that's it. At Home Depot, an associate helped my husband and I get all set up, we got the discount, she helped us get signed into the app which you HAVE to do and find the bar code sobthat it could be scanned to allow us to get the discount after getting all signed up and we were on our way. This all took about 30 minutes but we were thankful for the help and glad to know our veteran status was good at Home Depot. Today we went there again, only to find out that the bar code is only good temporarily, then you have to sign in all over again. It was a real struggle; the email address wasn't recognized, so I had to open a new account with a new email and new password...etc. We left without buying what we went to buy due to the frustration. PLEASE HOME DEPOT, change your policy and the way that you verify your veterans. One and done should be the way it is done. Not refreshed every time we shop there. Otherwise Lowe's will get all our business. Thank you.
Home Depot is always the best at providing a good shopping experience. I shop home Depot for all my construction needs and this particular location has the best customer service. Would recommend to anyone
Great Home Depot. Good prices and a convenient location. I haven't had any issues with online inventory not matching in store inventory. The parking lot is large and there is always plenty of parking.
The staff were really nice and helpful. Store was clean as well as the parking lot. If you visit this particular store I would make it is leisure. Getting in and out may be an issue on busy days. Overall good experience
Half the store under locked in cages because of theft. Not a single cashier working, self checkout only. I wonder if they had less self service and more cashiers maybe there wouldn’t be so much theft
limited brand and item variety. online orders get canceled half the time. there'd almost no employees. it's hard to get someone knowledgeable to help you because their training is so limited. it's almost impossible to find someone to help you load something heavy or find a licensed forklift driver which is also caused by lack of training. i definitely recommend a different home depot or lowes as this midwest city location is a mess. - someone who dealt with online orders in-store.
Went thier for fence panels, bought them and 45 minutes latter still havnt got them . They said need a forklift ,as a guy sat thier play on his phone . Then they started helping others . 15 minutes go buy still no panels. No forklift ! I went back got my money back. The help they got the ones who load you up that is are lazy ! The cashier was great .
Davidson, in the kitchen department, was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We bought a new dishwasher, and he made the process easy.
