I took my son to this Home Depot the other day after registering him for a workshop. I went to one of these kids workshops before but this was my first time going back to one of these workshops after COVID. We built a little pinball machine. They provided the material and tools. We got there a little late and I guess they started running out of some things. My son wants an apron which they didn't have more of. The family next to us was nice and have him their kids'apron. Overall these workshops are great. We will go back!
Had to wait over an hour for a shed to be available for pickup, even though the email from Home Depot informing the pickup was ready was sent well in advance.
The employees were unhelpful and rather rude. especially CJ they clearly had no desire to assist and seemed bothered and asked a question, no matter how simple. Many employees walking around, but nobody willing to be helpful. What's the point of having employees on the floor if they're not going to help customers?
Bought a lot of flowers and fertilizer there, very nice and effective!
I made an online order dor pick up. I bought the bathroom vanity and a faucet for the sink, and picked them up from the customer service. Waiting time was short, and the items were ready for pick up. Staff are nice every visits to the store, and they are willing to help all the time. I also have an app to check the inventory at stores and the location of the product. This is my and my dad's favorite Home depot store! I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends.
I really like this location. Easily accessible and right off exit 40 on the Long island expressway. This Home Depot definitely has one of the bigger nursery selection and it’s always filled with people.
Recalled back in the day that sign that said " Losers need not apply"....well it certainly seems like the C.E.O. got some Karma! He's definitely a republican who is not interested in investing in people. Still shop here option.....but LOEW'S definitely treats their customers better!

Just made a quick stop to pick up seeds for my garden. I was quite pleased when the attendant at Self Checkout took the 'gun' and scanned all of it for me. She bagged it, too!
One of my favorite Home Depot. Friendly, spacious and good selection of indoor and outdoor plants and garden center.
