I would recommend looking online for what you need to see if they have it n stock here. If they don’t have what you need, you can search other locations nearby and, if they do, the site will give you the aisle and shelf locations. These two conveniences save you time and avoid wasted trips.
Tanisha, at customer services, is the best! She has helped me for the past few weeks with several online orders that I've had delivered to the store for pickup. Her knowledge helped to cure the hiccups that sometimes come with having items delivered to the store. She even helped me when the toll-free customer service rep refused to take my Home Depot credit card payment over the phone and directed me to come to the local store. Tanisha was able to get a phone rep to take the payment. She is witty, ultra-knowledgeable, and she provides the best service. She's like family! Kudos, Tanisha!
Was looking for Ship lap material to do a feature wall on a bathroom and was able to find a great paint grade product at the this Home Depot. Product is primed very well and lays very straight. Was surprised how much inventory was available when I went to pick up. Check out was easy with self check. Seems like all the stores are going to this to cut down on labor?
I rented a drum floor sander. It went through sandpaper. Every. 5min. At 14 a sheet. I went through. 12 pieces the genius. Working there told me 1 sheet. 12. *10. Room. Bad experience. They have no knowledge of what they rent. Another time I rented a lighter floor sander. From. Willow grove. He. And. The. Wood standings. Wouldn’t. Load into the bag. Lame. Management. That knows. Nothing. About the tools they rent
They always have the best customer service. Except for last week. I went to get shades for my windows and a lady named summer I think was working and she was complaining about another associate Tracy and how she inst back there helping her. Tracy was watching the register and checking ppl out. Btw.. summer messed up my order, but Tracy took care of me! Thank u Tracy for fixing the issue you went above and beyond for me
I purchased a refrigerator to be delivered July 24th. My doorway is 30” wide while the refrigerator was 33”. The delivery person made no attempt to see if they could get it thru my doorway. We ended up sending the refrigerator back to the warehouse. A week later I went to a different appliance store purchased the same size refrigerator, where the salesperson assured me his delivery people would get my new refrigerator thru the doorway even if they have to take the refrigerator doors off. Turns they didn’t need to do that at all. Just a little bit of ingenuity/effort & they made it thru my doorway with no problem. I now have a new appliance provider & it’s no longer Home Depot!
Purchased a new screen door and paid for the installation. 6 months after the fact the frame is pulling away from the house. No help from Home Depot ...store or corporate. Why should they care? They have our money.
Do NOT rent a Penske truck from this place. They take 30 min to process you. And when that office is closed the staff has NO clue how to accept the return. I’ve been waiting for 30 min and they can’t find the reservation.. keep calling other people. Nobody has taken a return before.
I would give 0 stars if possible. I honest do not think there is anything that can be done at this point for me to spend one more dime at any Home Depot location. Luckily there is usually another option close by but I would drive hours to avoid being a patron at any home depot. Lowes, Amazon, Best Buy, local stores, literally anything but another Home Depot. They have been giving my husband and I the run around for the delivery of a fridge for close to a month. They have now rescheduled the delivery for a 5th time. The first time they had the fridge but refused to deliver it, telling us we needed to get a fridge with different dimensions but listed the exact dimensions of the fridge we purchased. Each time has been an equally bad excuse, including their own mix ups of forgetting to load the fridge on the truck. The help line and chat have been no help. They always put the blame on someone else, like the delivery company, but do nothing to fix it. They have even hung up on calls and stopped responding via chat. Terrible service, terrible follow through, absolutely the worse customer service. DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES HERE.
After all of the years coming to this location. Your employee Patti was the first employee to ask me if I needed help. I was totally shocked and grateful. She even offered great information about the item I was looking for. Your location needs more employees like Patti!!!!
