This is a very unique Home Depot. This particular one is a test store. So if you buy tiles or something else that you might need more of in the future make sure you get extras to start with. Unless the product is a great seller it might not make it to other Home Depot's. But the really good part with that, you might find something at this Home Depot that you won't at any other Home Depot. It's actually my favorite Home Depot.  They have been extremely generous with my Tables For Veterans charity. Which I and several other Marines build a free custom table for Veterans coming out of homelessness and settling down into their new home.

The two older woman that worked at the self checkout lines on 9/27/2023 @ 5:30 were so rude and honestly should not be working in the section where they interact with customers!!  I was just trying to let them know that the person in front of me and myself did not get a printed receipt it would say it was printing, but nothing came out, so I was letting them know that maybe they needed more paper in it or there was a jam. One of the elderly women turned her back to me in the middle of telling her and the other one walked over and opened the machine to look at the paper, but said not one word to me, not one, she looked so annoyed that I even said anything to her and to me that is horrible customer service and I frequent the store very often and I have a credit card to your store and it makes me not want to shop there. Do better Home Depot in employing people that have customer contact. Just because they’re old doesn’t mean they’re sweet.

They do the best they can. I'm grateful to  have them. With most of the online shops taking all the business who knows how long we will have places like this for tools at affordable prices, where there's American made stuff. When we need something we want it today not 3-5 days. Amazon is fast but you can't look at the parts up close and the inventory. Customer service ain't what it used to be though... they sometimes know less than me about the part Im looking for. I've also driven over 30mi one way for parts that were listed as available at that store and you can just guess what happened... yeah no parts at all.

Fast forward to yesterday... Excellent experience! In a few minutes, an associate was available to assist us.  He listened to us,  understood my needs, and helped me find the right items needed for my project. He was knowledgeable about his department items and services.  I like Home Depot,  it's only when I actually need assistance, and either no one is around to help or find someone who just "doesn't know" that it makes me think twice about giving the store high marks. Time to up their game!

Mike an Terry were very helpful in finding a screw that matched what i needed but the guy at check saying self check out card only was very very rude to the point I had to tell him your starting to get rude now repeating the same thing over and over. I got it. Your paid to stand here and what me do what you should be doing as I dont work here. Not cool. It I didn't really need the screw I would havr left it. Next time I will go to Lowes. Extremly rude. Buddy needs something else to so as he has no customer service skills!

Friendly Staff very helpful they actually have people who are willing to help you and help load. We are from the Homosassa area & our Home Depot SUCKS ! No one Ever Around to help load. No one knows Anything,  they see you & go the other way. So it was nice to be seen & helped.

Gr8 Picked out a bath room lighted mirror. Online order only. It was $160. I had a $100 gift card. Went to the service desk for me and paid for it. They ordered it

I placed an online order for curbside pickup because I was in a hurry. When they sent me a message to let me know my order was ready for pickup, I went there parked in the spot entered my number and sat and waited for 25 min and no one still came, I was so mad I just canceled my order and left. I never had this happen before but I am so disappointed in Home Depot for allowing this to happen, so ridiculous! I do not recommend curbside ordering, unless u are not in a hurry!

Absolute worst experience. Terrible store, terrible customer service, nobody knows where anything is. Just awful. And do not EVER use the water testing kits. I tried using one and the lady Melody would not schedule me for a 1 PM time for the consultant to come out because "it might take longer than an hour". What does that mean? She refused to sign me up, and when I asked why, she just hung up on me. Rudest staff and terrible people, I will never support Home Depot again.

The people there always helpful and very nice. Make it easy to shop and if you have any questions that always pleased to help.
