All home Depot stores are well stocked, brightly lit, clean and carry everything you want for your home projects. They DO need more sales help on the floor because you can NEVER find a human to help you. If you want an experienced, helpful floor staff you really have to shop at Lowe's.
Too cluttered. There are too many decorations instead of focusing on the remodeling core of their business. Difficult to maneuver in the aisles with displays and products set on the ground. Gave up trying to find appliance parts and ordered them online instead. Ordered an item from Home Depot, which they delivered to the wrong address. Customer service said they would help, but then didn't; I am out $140 on that order. Home Depot service installers are hit and miss. Installers have been great, but the process is difficult and overly complicated.
I went for two items specifically and I asked for help and got it one associate directed verbal the second walked me to two different aisles to see what suited me best. Happy Visit to the Home Depot Thank you
Went there today to pick up a Christmas tree and was helped by a man Named Darren. He was so polite, professional and really went out of his way to ensure that I found the right tree for me. Give him a raise, he deserves it.
I love their products. However, open boxes in the store if possible in the store to check for cracks and dings. I've had to return so many things. At least they always take them back.
Went in looking for a snow shovel after breaking mine... I couldn't find them. Had to almost trip an employee to get their attention so I could ask where to locate them...once I got in the general area there were 6 employees standing around talking and absolutely ignoring the customers around them. Hate going there but had no choice.
Permanently lost my business forever. First off, had to wait 10min for help in appliances and only got it when I went up to an associate and said to them "I want to spend money, can someone help me?"... so off to a bad start Then we found the dryer I showed her online and began cashing out. I was told I could have it today if I take it myself... I said great. One employee started to ring me up for the price I saw online for a dryer, so I got on the phone to arrange for help with pickup and by the time I was off the phone 5 min later, I was told she talked to her supervisor and I couldn't have it at the quoted price because it was online only. No mention while we were cashing out, no mention while I was on phone arranging to get help... nope, only after 20min and me getting ready to run my card did it get mentioned. Supervisor was called and he was flippant and told me I was wrong and that price was never offered to me... associate lied and said the same thing.. When I asked to see the paperwork she had printed with my info and price on it, the Supervisor snatched it away and folded up saying "This is no longer correct" and that I "don't need to see it"? What? Are you kidding me??? Lost a family of customers for life. Will go local and avoid these horrible corporations like Home Depot that don't train their employees correctly, blame ignorance on the customers, and then lie to them and change their stories when called out. Disgusting bull and a sad excuse for customer service. Should be ashamed
They are extremely racist and misogynistic towards black female employees. They expect more work for less pay. The customers are very rude and uncivilized people. They also don't pay enough for the amount of work that they expect. God will get these hypocrites. The management are racist and misogynistic and don't offer enough hours. The employees are passive-aggressive. The employees are rude and very unprofessional and don't seem happy with their jobs.
Michelle is a working at self check out. She was suppose to be checking receipts for everyone yet that didn’t happen. She may need a re-training on how to do the job. She stop my partner and I to check our receipt, which is completely fine I have nothing to hide nor am I a thief. As she’s checking our receipt and other black male proceeds to walk out with his purchase and she made it her mission to stop dealing with us to make sure this man also had everything on his receipt. The other man and myself most certainly paid for anything and didn’t have anything to hide. As she’s finishing viewing our cart , a white female woman passes by and she did not ask for her receipt. Two other white couples pass by and she did not ask for the receipt. If your job is to check everyone’s receipt do just that. This isn’t the first time that I felt racially profiled at this Home Depot and it’s disgusting.
Horrible experience in a major rush couldn’t buy 1 piece of trim which is all I needed cuz it came in a bundle then the manager of the cashiers is extremely unprofessional asked her to find another single trim cuz I couldn’t then she goes towards the trim and stands there looking stupid knowing she’s supposed to be helping a customer. She need to be written up if she was in my business I would’ve fired her right then and there. She’s a horrible asset which makes her a liability
