All the stuff a home needs. However we wanted to purchase an equipment, online showed 549, the depot said they cannot match the price but will be 699!!!
While I love Home Depot, I don't love their curbside pickup app. I tried to use it twice and had problems both times. I had the same problem at another store in Colorado. The software was down and I had to resort to a phone call. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app.
Needed some new hardware and locks for my doors. I found exactly what I was looking for. They also have some really nice plants and a nice selection of pots and planters. What they might need is someone to answer the phones. They seem to just ring and ring. Besides that friendly employees and not long lines.
I purchased an LG appliance package and the extended warranties on October 1, 2018. Here we are 4.5 years later and the refrigerator stops working. I have been on the phone with Home Depot/the LG Service Center/Scheduling to try and get someone to honor the extended warranty with no success whatsoever. There always seems to be a request that is made but never goes through, or some error occurred and they can't find my information, which I have given to them 7 times prior. Their vendors don't want to except any work orders. They are intentionally making the process archaic and difficult so people will eventually give up. LG appliances are garbage and clearly Home Depot doesn't care either about what they sell their customers. This review isn't about the employees of the store, but just about Home Depot and LG in general. This is a perfect example of planned obsolescence and rampant capitalism in every corner of America. DO NOT EVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT OR LG. GO TO YOUR LOCAL APPLIANCE PROVIDER - AVOID THE BIG BOX RETAILERS.
Set off two alarms in tools today trying to read specs on the boxes. I realize HD was known to be easy to steal from but we should have enough slack to turn to read the boxes, they aren't listed with the display. Other than that I'm there quite a lot and haven't had a bad experience.
DO NOT RELY ON THEIR DELIVERY! My order was supposed to come on a Monday between 8 am-12 pm. It got split into multiple orders and pushed back to Wednesday. Come Wednesday my order arrives with a large portion missing. When I spoke to the first rep, he tells me he can get the delivery sent out that same day or the next day. Afterward, I get two more calls, each from a manager changing my delivery to a further date. The best date their managers could reschedule was the following Wednesday between 8 am-8 pm. 7 days later and a 12-hour delivery window is tough to swallow.
idk....was just sitting in the parking lot since my bf was gonna make a quick stop. i noticed 2 teenaged employees, one is gathering the cart, and the other was completely and utterly zoned into his phone. He never helped his coworker once, barely ever looked up once. Another teenaged employee showed up, barely helped with the carts. Phone guy only cared about helping the other guy when customers were around. Very weird thing to witness.
The manager, Gary here is to be avoided at all cost. Had an offer from Ace Hardware on a dewalt tool $50 cheaper than at home depot. I asked about price matching and he laughed in my face. Last time I give them a shot to keep my business, Ace even has free delivery.
