I have been trying for a month now to get a correct flooring estimate. The staff is clueless. Missy, the manager, had no interest in helping and could not be bothered. Good place to buy off the shelf items. However, if you need custom services, go to a different Home Depot. I have never had such lousy service at other locations.
Kindly review your lost and found L&F procedures. An item found at the register left there by a customer should not take over 4 hours to get to the L&F desk like it did with my phone on Saturday. I'm grateful that I was able to recover it after 24 + hours with me visiting yr store twice asking if one was found. Train yr employees to know that IPhones can and will be tracked by it's owner and alarms can be set to alert that such phones were reported as lost. BTW...dead phones don't move by themselves so register monitors should have been aware of it being found....even though several of them claimed nothing was found after 4 hours.
I had a pleasant experience here! I was just looking for a 4 pack of Double A batteries and they weren’t stocked on the end cap. Emma helped me find what I was looking for, she went above and beyond and got them from a high shelf out the box. Had to get a ladder and everything. I appreciate Emma’s good customer service!
The garden department helped with planting some nice green plants in my pots. Terry went above and beyond to ensure that i was happy and satisfied with what i needed. Tily mill location.
I got into a hit and run at this Home Depot, they refused to give me camera footage. I went back finally today because it’s close and one of the employees was being so rude, and refused to help me cut a piece of trim. I said “ okay, so no one can help me “ he stated that i can ask other workers but they probably won’t feel like it either. One of my biggest pet peeves is people taking out the fact they don’t want to be at work on customers. No one is forcing you to work at this establishment. The guy specifically works in the section where the trim is. They’re some good workers in here that are very helpful, but the ones that aren’t need to be fired!
This is has to be close to the nastiest Home Depot I've visited across the lower 48. Parking lot had more trash then a Guatemala river. It stank like gym locker inside too. Inventory was plumb and square and where it should be. Associates are very helpful and professionally polite. Floor is clear and clean. So the parking disaster is the customers fault. How much does it cost us to have HD clean up yet nother mess by disrespectful people? Get a grip on this, denying the problem only increases it and cost. Never leave a mess for someone else to clean up. It's poor character.
While my experience yesterday at this Home Depot was very unpleasant, I wanted to make sure to review and give 5 stars to Steven in the lumber department. Steven was kind, helpful, and truly went above and beyond for me. He was the only person who would assist me after what should've been only a 30-minute trip to Home Depot turned into almost a 2 hour fiasco. Steven even had to deal with racist micro aggressions as he was helping me, which was hurtful to watch, and as most black men who are put in his position, I watched him take a deep breath and collect himself so as to not lose his cool after being disrespected. He continued to work with me, measuring and cutting the sheet of wood I selected. I thanked him for his help and apologized for what he experienced. I hope a store manager or someone higher up sees this and gives Steven his credit, his praises, a raise, etc... Thank you for providing the wood pieces for our Mother's Day Art Therapy workshop, Steven. You made a tremendous impression on my little girl and I yesterday. We appreciate you!
Excellent customer service and support. I truly appreciate Zayquan Howell whom was working in another department with assisting me to loaded my purchase into my vehicle. Thank again Zayquan you made my day easier.
This used to be the best HD around this area but customer service has declined drastically. I spend 30 min waiting to get a pallet of OSB down while the operator was on "break", smoking outside on his phone, and several other employees in their lobby doing nothing. The pro desk is filled with unexperienced folks annoyed if you ask for assistance. I watched 3 employees sit at the desk area while pro desk check out was backed up on all 4 lanes. It's disappointing to see such a good home depot go down the Toilet
HD would be wise to remember every great civilization has fallen and most Americans corporations as well- usually when they abandon the qualities and principles that got them to the top. All HD stores are suffering due to lower hiring standards but Tilly Mill is the worst - at least if you're a white male it's the worst. In the past 2 months we've been there 20+ times for the same project and spent 20k+ over 40k for entire project yet we are ignored when we ask for assistance; associates touching us and moving us our bodies out of the way; being spoken to as if we are idiots I have a post grad degree a d my partner has a genius iq and being accused of shoplifting by a woman who's face and body were completely covered o I couldn't even understand what she was saying until it was too late. Rest assured as lowes is slowly getting better and HD rapidly getting worse I will not be a loyal customer much longer...we'll spend the next $50k project next week at Lowes and see if they appreciate us a little more
