I was only at the garden shop today. They had tons of carts which you can never find at Lowe's. The plants looked super healthy and colorful with a great selection. The staff was accommodating. There is a lot of parking here and most of it is shady which I love.
You just can't compare the special service you get it Ace with the big box stores. Questions are always answered and accommodations made along with special orders. Super service and easy parking. Always a friendly hello when you walk in. Have been coming here for as long as the shopping center has been open. Yay for Mom and Pop stores.
They TRY to do customer service but they are poorly trained. All of the service reps needed the assistance of the supervisor. To me, they were useless. If you didn't have a receipt or paid by credit card they couldn't help you. I literally watched 4 reps all need the supervisor. She had to go to every single one. I waited an hour
Mislet, from Customer Service provided great service for my mother as she needed to rent a truck. He promised to call when the truck was available, and actually did so. All with a smile on his face, thanks man!
I am completely disgusted with them. I order kitchen cabinets and fours to send it to my Bimini condo back in November. It was never delivered to the port. I keep calling Carlos their international representative and never get a call back. This is so frustrating I will never purchased anything from Home Depot again not worth it. Be a little more money and go to your mom and pop local stores you get more resorts that away.
I do my orders 3 day before. And they don’t have my order I’m waiting 3 hrs they have my order ready they pasión my order for many employer finally one of them helping me Don’t visit this Home Depot never si poor service
I came into the store looking for several product's, light fixtures, electrical cables, etc Staff was able to direct me right to what i needed. The overall layout is confusing toe personally.
I'm always greeted by this one black guy. I promise I'm not going to steal anything. I'm 47 years of age. If I need help I will asks!
Horrible service pro desk is confused jobs continue to get messed up year over year nothing ever gets done good luck and you better say a prayer for your walk into this store
