This is always a fine store for getting in and getting what you need and getting out quickly and back to work. The store is layer out well and everyone is friendly.
Three separate Home Depot employees were so friendly and helpful it totally calmed me down from a horrendous interaction I had minutes before with the Laurel Harbor Freight store. Great employees as well as reliable products can make all the difference between a paying customer and one who walks out without a purchase!
From the front door to the paint department, to lumber, every employee was very friendly to us, said hi, asked if we needed any help. Probably the best HD experience I’ve been to. Just wish this was the regular one I go to.
Very helpful and friendly staff! Iran E-ron was so helpful and fun! Not at all what expecting. We got the items we needed at a fair price. I most definitely be back. Masks are mandatory, parking is free.
The clientele has evolved since then, and now it is always friendly and the store is usually under crowded. Many Hispanic workers in the parking lot loading and unloading trucks - everyone is always friendly and offers to help load my materials.
They used to have the most gorgeous calico story kitty in the garden department, but exiled her! Not remotely cool. Management clearly has a problem with working cats doing their jobs. Do not support.
Ordered an exterior door May 2022. The installation date changed 4 times. Finally received an install date of early August, that morning received a call that the door was broken and needed to be reordered and would take another 3 months. HomeDepot should hire reliable contractors and guarantee that all and any install be completed within 30 days of purchase.
I’m sure that staff generally do an OK job, but today all of the retail associates near checkout were on their phones, not very professional when answering questions, and one sales representative in particular asked me to type in my own information for the truck rental so she could get back to her phone. As an educator, I hope that management or whoever is in charge Holds these younger people accountable to prepare them for “the real world” and to help them be decent beings.
Got what I needed at College Park store. Very neat and had stock that could be found. SS, not as good.
I guess it's a good place if you're looking for raw materials for renovations or contraction. I didn't find what I was looking for. An anti fatigue kitchen mat was way over priced.
