I was sadly informed today that Home Depot changed return policy 4 weeks ago. I asked for store credit as I had no receipt. The store clerk smirked and pointed to policy change sign. I have spent at least $5,000 per yr there. I was denied a $23.00 return AND laughed at! Customer service matters to me. I’ll avoid shopping there from now on.
I've been a customer at this store for many years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The employees know a lot about Home Remodeling and have been very helpful. They also have a great variety of products.
Superb delivery experience!!! Arturo & Shante were everything you want and expect from your delivery guys/people. We had a fridge delivered from Home Depot. They are hard workers, arrived on time, very efficient, great character and prepared. Me and my fiancé was very appreciative of their great services. We had another fridge that we were returning to Best Buy. Arturo and Shante assisted my fiancé with transporting the fridge to his pickup truck. They are very much appreciated! Thank You Home Depot. Please remember to tip your hard working delivery people.

Able to get In and out and get what I need. Really hate that they have so many self checkout very little personal service and when they try to help you they direct you to self check.
It's a lot better than Ashtabula or Euclid. Their prices at all locations for power tools are way too high though.
I have to share this evenings experience in the flooring department at the Chardon location. I arrived to purchase some special order hardwood flooring. I had several questions and I found Elizabeth Flooring specialist I discussed what I wanted and she was so helpful in making sure we ordered the right flooring including a few extras I had forgotten. She also helped me to open an account which gave me $100.00 off. It has been a long time since I have met an actual sales person that knew their products and gave great service. I hope Home Depot appreciates Elizabeths commitment to her work and that she genuinely wants to help each customer make there projects successful. I will be returning to work with her in the future and you are in need of flooring, I would suggest visiting her at the Chardon Home Depot.
Very helpful and friendly employees. They always have what I need, whatever the project is, and the prices are decent.
My son and I went to Chardon Home Depot to buy a hot water heater since ours bit the dust that morning. We found one and my son used the self checkout, paying cash and using a 10% off coupon. Something went wrong with the selfcheck, and head cashier Zak and his coworker, Val, went above and beyond helping resolve the issue. They were both very pleasant and did a great job of resolving the issue quickly and professionally. Their professional competency and wonderful personalities helped turn what could have been a bad experience into a very nice one! A huge shoutout to both of them for helping us today. Home Depot is very lucky to have such great employees!
I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot for the various handful of reasons partly due to the fact that almost half of my house was built with Home Depot product and the other half built with Lowe's and other retail places so any time something needs done that is a Home Depot originated project I find myself having and enjoying coming to the store and doing the shopping I need to. While I always enjoy having help from associate it's also nice to sometimes it's his shop and be in your own little world and get the enjoy checking things out and seeing the new stuff you know Home Improvement is always changing and new things come out daily and that's a big thing I enjoy doing is coming in and seeing all the new stuff that constantly evolving and getting better. Plus the staff is always friendly and courteous I've never had a bad experience here.
